Welcoming staff, Clean, tidy, very comfy rooms, beautifully cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast with a variety of fruit, seeds, nuts, yogurt, fresh croissants, hot food, cheese & meats.. ooh great selection of cakes! Superb al a carte restaurant, great food & service

Night before departure, all lights in room came on at 1530 in the morning & wouldn’t switch off, the telephone didn’t work & upon arrival in reception… alarms going off, there appeared to be an incident which affected the hotels electrics, an engineer arrived shortly after & fixed within 30 mins but our sleep broken.

We had a very nice reception with our limited Italian but they were very hospitable. Parking in front of the hotel was excellent. Plenty of parking. Room was modern and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and they even had scrambled eggs. It is rated 4 stars but could be a 5 star when they remove the carpeting in the rooms and replace the yellow lamp shades with modern lighting. I recommend this hotel as it was quiet and had an elevator for luggage. Bathroom very updated and big. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and the parking was free. We had a large room with two bright windows. Everything was spotlessly clean. We especially liked the large table with two chairs, where we could both work on our computers at the same time. There were lots of plugs, too!

Mostly, we didn't care for the location. It was too far from town to walk, and so we constantly had to drive just to go to a restaurant or walk in the new or old city. Also, the bathroom (although large) was poorly arranged, with the shower inside of a large, wide, slippery tub--so wide that it felt dangerous trying to get in and out of the shower.

Excellent hotel! For us, it was a stopover to break a long drive, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was friendly, clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The room size was generous, as was breakfast. Staff were warm and friendly. Great to have free parking and getting on and off the highway was easy. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

We were so pleased with the facilities and staff upon welcoming us upon arrival after a long drive, we had an exceptional dinner with their Chef and Meal pairing with Champagne and wines. Can not recommend this property more.

Breakfast was adequate but good, no issues. Take a dinner in the restaurant, dont look at the prices, but taste the food. Exceptional quality and cooked to perfection. Best meal we have had in a long time, especially in a hotel restaurant, worth the visit even if you are not staying at the hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for a night on the road. Easy to find. Free parking out front. Large room. Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Cosenza is a pleasant little city.

The onsite restaurant was closed when we were there. Not a big deal, but a slight inconvenience.

Location is good and made it possible to walk to restaurants and other places in the downtown area. The hotel also had free car parking which is a plus for those traveling by car.

The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable enough and did not match the rest of things in the room.

The breakfast was outstanding… best breakfast during our month’s holiday in Italy. The room, especially the bed was super comfortable and clean. The front desk gentleman helped us find a restaurant that was open since we arrived on a Sunday.
