We loved having breakfast at "Il Pescatore" restaurant outside watching the sea and boats. The host Celeste was super kind and thoughtful. She would cook fresh omelette everyday and serve fresh fruits and a selection of local pastries and bread. The location of the hotel is spectacular and exactly where you want to be to experience the magic on offer in this beautiful island. We booked a suite with sea view and terrace, so that our 1 year old could have enough room to play around and be safe - and that worked brilliantly. The room exceeded all expectations.

The hotel is spread on 7 floors/levels but the lift only covers from level 3 to 7 for guests. Procida is quite hilly and Marina di Corricella is surrounded by stairs, so it was a bit challenging to navigate with a baby pushchair. Also I personally would have liked to have a coffee machine in the room.

What a stunning little hotel with outstanding rooms and restaurant. We could only spend one night in Hotel San Michele - which, having escaped the frenzied bustle of Naples, was way too short. But our room was simply gorgeous. Very very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality furnishings and spacious layout with so much wardrobe space (if you stayed for longer). Our room came with its own large balcony/terrace with sunbeds and even a hammock, that overlooked this beautiful harbour and the bay. We ate at the hotels restaurant and got 5 star service and exceptional quality of food. Breakfast was excellent with everything you wished to have, whether you're a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan. Procida itself is well worth a visit. You can literally walk end to end in a few hours, which we did, although you can hop on a tiny public bus or even better, a boat trip around the island, to drop off at some of the beaches. Its such a contrast to Naples - peaceful, slow paced, colourful (free of graffiti!!) and relaxing, yet only a short boat trip away. We went for our wedding anniversary and the hotel went out of their way to make it special, leaving us with a small bottle of champagne and a card in the room and the staff gave their wishes in the evening when we were dining in the restaurant. We could not speak highly enough of the hotel and its lovely staff. Definitely worth a week here! Although Ischia maybe our next visit. Naples is a fantastic hub for visiting everywhere in this part of Italy and its charming islands.

There wasn't one thing we experienced about Hotel San Michele that we didn't like. Highly recommended!!! Procida beaches are volcanic and sadly much of the beach we visited (Spiaggia Cirracio / Chiaiolella) was taken up with private 'beachclubs/lidos and not much public beach left. The sea was as warm as the Arabian Sea (although not as blue or crystal clear 😊). We had a few hours on the beach and then spent a great afternoon at a small beachside restaurant (L'Agave) with fresh fish, delicious pasta and bottle of Sauvignon - people watching. What was not to like?

We recently stayed at the Nice Hotel on Procida and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers breathtaking sea views, attentive staff, and impeccable cleanliness. The highlight was waking up to mesmerizing vistas of the Mediterranean from my balcony. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi. Despite that, I highly recommend the Nice Hotel for a tranquil and luxurious retreat.

The hotel and room are superbly decorated. The view from the porch overlooking the bay is spectacular. Our morning breakfast was an omelet, fresh fruit, mix of paperless, cheese and meet tray and the most delicious lemon and an orange marmalade. Staff were helpful and friendly. Special touch to have a corkscrew in room for the must have bottle of Procida wine on the balcony overlooking the water.

Beautiful room and terrace with amazing views. Room was very large and comfortable, and the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Location perfect for exploring Procida.

The only thing that could be improved would be to have a little more lighting in the bathroom and also in the hall for the cupboard to make it easier to see.

The view and the breakfast were super, not to mention the location.

There was no lift from our room level to the ground area, this proved to be a huge inconvenience as we were with two young children and were not informed. Also the shower area in the toilet is not designed well and you end up with a complete wet room.

In this summer's heatwave good aircon is high on our agenda, and this was the best we've had in the 3 weeks we've been on the road. The best is extremely comfortable and large smart tv made the room comfortable. Great location to be on Marina Corricella, with a 10-12 minute walk to the commercial port side. Good restaurants on both sides of the island. Allowed us a later checkout with no extra cost.

Tiny balcony. Very very basic breakfast. I would say it's £60-80 per night over priced.

the hotel was lovely and cool with great aircon and the room and common areas very stylish. we did have dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent - very friendly staff and delicious food . otherwise the room was very comfortable and hotel was lovely

Prime location,in the middle of picturesque area . Room was pretty spacious with beautiful view of water . Breakfast by the water was nice .

Not much but it would be nicer if they have a little more amenities such as slippers ,soap and tissues.

Lots of stairs so may be a problem for people with restricted mobility. Room on level 3 not as spacious as the others
