Agree with all the reviews regarding the stairs. If you have mobility issues, then this is probably not the best option for you

The hotel had a fantastic view over the bay and the staff were delightful. We were grateful of the help we had with our luggage up the stairs to our room. The room was good and there was a balcony with table and chairs. Very close to an abundance of good restaurants down on the marina. The hotel team introduced us to the Water taxi to bring us to the hotel and was a hit especially for a very early departure and to get us around to the port for our ferry. Would definitely visit this hotel again

This hotels location must be the best on the island, the view over the marina is spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was simple but delicious- a great way to start the day. Room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff also helped us arrange a boat tour of the island which was a wonderful way to experience Procida.

Lots of steps but that’s the price you pay for having the best view on the island!

The view was magnificent, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous and varied. The staff was helpful and polite.

Everything was great. Just a note: if you prefer quiet and long nights, the nearby church starts ringing its bells very early in the morning and continues until late in the evening.

Lots of steps to climb to get in and out of the village and in and out of the property once in the village but that’s the price to pay for a hillside property with fabulous views across the bay! The area is pedestrianised so there are few transport options but I understand water taxi”s are available at 30€ from the location to the port for ferry connections.

A traditional small family hotel where they take every effort to make you feel comfortable, including excellent advice about things to do, ferries, buses and taxis, and are there at all times to look after you. But the main thing is the view of life in this village which is unforgettable. Continental breakfast was leisurely and delicious.

It’s location is perfect. The view is worth the cost alone. The room was perfect. I’m very picky when it comes to bathrooms but I was instantly aware of how clean it was. The bed was delightfully comfortable and the door locked very well which made me feel perfectly safe as a solo traveler. The staff were just so lovely and I didn’t quite understand the amount of positive breakfast reviews till my first breakfast. Beautiful produce and HOT fresh pastry. Just dreamy!

You lack a little privacy with doors being on the main walkthrough. I had to keep my shutters closed the majority of the time I was in the room which kept it a little dark. A small thing and we’ll worth dealing with for all the other positives.

The setting is spectacular - sitting just above Marina Corricella as the harbour curls around beneath the church and the Terra Murata. You can sit on the balcony and watch the fishermen going about their business and the visitors coming into the harbour on their small yachts and boats. The staff were so helpful and kind and the breakfast delicious.

Due to the situation of the property you don’t really have any windows other then those in the doors. it just means the room is a little bit dark, but once you step outside it’s all forgotten!

this is great little hotel in a stunning location. the rooms are clean and comfortable (memory foam mattress). breakfast was really good - great local pastries. and balcony has a fantastic view and great place to sit and enjoy the sun.

Furniture in rooms a bit too simplistic, e.g. cheap plastic chairs, wardrobe with hanger only, no drawers and scarce shelf space, room feels a bit sterile and cold With a small investment in nicer, maybe even rustic/used furniture, the rooms could be brought to a whole different level
