Staff were exceptional- helped with info and guidance on exploring the area. Organised a taxi to the airport which was cheaper than an Uber , and guaranteed to turn up! The property is on the outskirts of the city which means it’s quiet but that’s not a bad thing. They offer a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station and will pick you back up which is great. As metro is very cheap -€1.5 to go all the way into the City, so travelling around is reasonable

A bit dated, (must have been amazing 20 years ago!) but super clean, big comfy bed and friendly staff. Perfect for our one night stay, after arriving late at Naples, the kids wanted to stay longer and use the pool!

Our room faced the front so was a little noisy with no view, but otherwise all was fantastic!

A family business, lovely super clean place with an amazing view of the city below. And the pool… ah, the pool! We ate dinner there almost every night as well, excellent cooking. The breakfast was also tasty and versatile. It was extremely hot outside as can be expected in August, so the working conditioner in the room was a lifesaver. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, google translate solved all the problems that arose for us non-Italian speakers. The property is ca 30 min walk away from the metro station, they do offer free shuttle service ona fixed schedule, but in fact the walk doesn’t kill a healthy person. Overall, a very nice experience.

We used our stay as an airport hotel stopover after a long drive back up to Naples and a morning flight next day. Hotel was perfect for us, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, hotel was immaculately clean, room was tremendous for a family of four, lovely views and great facilities. Food was very good, breakfast is normal Italian/continental choices and no complaints with that: pastries, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, coffee, water and juices. Being out of the city it was quiet and had a great sleep. Under 20 minutes drive or taxi journey to Naples airport.

It served us perfectly for what we wanted, no problems at all.

We arrived at the hotel very early after disembarking a cruise ship - the reception very kindly switched our appointed room so we could have an early check in - the purpose of our 2 night stay was just to chill out after a hectic 10 day tour of Italy - however we were offered a free shuttle to the metro each day - unfortunately the pool was shut during our two day stay as it was end of season but this didn’t ruin our stay - we used the garden facilities and the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner - food was amazing and staff were very very good

Very modern, clean, comfortable beds, staff were so friendly and helpful Hotel high up the side of a mountain with amazing views .. Provided a free shuttle bus from hotel to train station for trip into Naples .. picked us up again whenever we wanted to return We travelled with our adult son w/Autism.. had a very large room separated into 2 smaller rooms each w/queen size bed Breakfast included each morning always with a cup of freshly made caffe latte (or whatever was preferred) .. too many cakes and pastries for our taste ;we are not morning pastry eaters) .. also included yogurt, hard boiled eggs, croissants, cheese & meats. No Fruit. Very reasonably priced .. especially after prices in Rome

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were very pleasant and tidy. They should have more "continental breakfast" options with more cheese, ham, bread or simple croissants options. Too many cake options to choose from. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent though.

Just a detail. When the room service was done daily I could observe that the water used to clean the rooms wasn't being changed from room to room. It didn't feel fresh and perfume scented after being cleaned.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The self service breakfast was fresh and tasty and the pizzas in the restaurant were delicious. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well serviced. The shuttle service to and from the metro was really helpful. We didn’t have time to use the pool as we were only staying a short time and we packed a lot into each day, but it looked crystal clear. We would stay at the Ranch Palace again.

The location was not ideal, (unless you have a car) but this was overcome by the shuttle service too and from the metro.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood far from the noisy center. It is handy that there is a shuttle option to the metro station. The rooms are very clean and they have comfortable beds. Breakfast is also included.

It was a pity that we couldn't use the swimming pool because our boys were not old enough. They had to be older than 12.

I didnt find any Information about paying for use pool and that there can only kids from 12 years... we choosed this hotel cuz of pool for kids (but 8 and 10 years) AFTER confirme my booking, I got these information. Maybe less pics with pool and more info about using it.
