This is a perfect B&B in an absolutely not turisty neighborhood, you can expereince a place where local people live. However it's very well connected to the centre if Naples, the entrance to the metro station is app. 20 seconds away from the house. The B&B is located in a nice building and it's perfectly clean. It's been a long time ago I've seen such a clean and well kept B&B as this one. The owner, Daisy takes care of this place perfectly. Communication with her prior to arrival was very easy via Whatsapp. As I arrived by a morning ferry to Naples, Daisy made sure that I could check in to my room earlier (and late check out on my departure day was also possible). Daisy gave me a lot of useful information upon arrival. She even prepared a welcome Italian espresso for me which was amazing. I received such a high level of hospitality on this place! The room was perfect with comfy bed and everything was very-very clean. For the breakfast you received a voucer that you could use in the bar downstairs, you can select a drink and a pastry - it's a real Italian bar and you could have a breakfast that the locals also eat. Altogether it was an amazing stay in Naples - next time when I visit the city, I'll definitely stay here again.

Naples is beautiful. We loved our stay here. Ideally located to the metro & near by links. Daisy is a wonderful host & we would say that Daisy is the nicest & most helpful person in Italy. She gave us so much information and was very sweet. We were also grateful of the lovely basket of treats. Thank you & we would 100% recommend this property & while in Naples, you have to eat Pizza mmm delicious- best in the world.

Rione Alto is indeed a very convenient location, close to the University campus and with plenty of bars, shops and other amenities. In addition, the underground station is literally located around the corner, which allows one to easily reach any other area in Naples. As for the accommodation, the B&B is outstanding, by all means. The property manager, Daisy, has been super kind and friendly. Definitely recommended.

The room was very comfortable, and the owner was very nice and helpful. The location was convenient, just outside a metro station and near a place I was visiting. A perfectly fine stay.

Host was Welcoming

Booked and Paid for a Junior Suite room and confirmed on the booking.com website as well as from host. Even paid extra as my son was also decided to travel. Re-confirmed the Junior Suite room as booked ( Official confirmation received from Booking.com and even from the host for Junior Suite) When arrived a very small double room was given which is no way closer to the Junior Suite I booked and when asked the host is it Junior Suite the answer given was YES which was totally wrong as the room in no way closer to Junior suite pictures shown on booking.com website . Was totally confused and was too tired to look for any other place to sleep as it was already getting late and was just staying for one night . Asked to turn on the Air conditioning as it was hot and was told the Air conditioning is not working and I need to open the back door in the room to get fresh air which was bit risky. End up opening the door partially and the noise from the street was too much and dogs were barking a lot so end up closing it . Didn't slept properly . Woke up early hours and then went to have a breakfast . Only one small Pastry and a small glass of juice was provided by the recommended breakfast shop and end paying and buying extra breakfast things to have a proper breakfast . Raised these issues with the booking.com and received an extremely rude and unprofessional e mail from the host and threatened to take the complaint back from booking.com. The wording and few sentences used in the email was highly un professional and extremely rude. Never ever came across to this kind of e mail before. Booking.com dealt with the complaint very professionally. Will not recommend this accommodation to anyone and if they still like to stay make sure you will get the room and facilities what you have paid for . Compensation is given by booking.com but not from the host .
