The Host was exceptional and welcoming. My son and family are in Air Force and live within walking distance. We had the family suite and it was very large.

I wish the family suite had a veranda/balcony. Also, there were no directions on how to operate the Wifi, Washing Machine, or any of the appliances. We figured it out but printed directions would of been helpful.

The facilities are modern, and every space is clean. The bedding, in particular, was very fresh and clean. The food at the restaurant on the first floor was excellent. Parking was convenient and free of charge. The owner and staff were kind and very polite, you could feel that they were doing their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Everything was great, from the first impression of the hotel, where you can see someone trying to make something of it, not only surviving like most hotels. The Deluxe suite was open but cozy simultaneously, the bathroom is really big ~20-25m2 with a hot tub. The restaurant from the hotel is also beyond expectations, with an exciting menu and delicious food. The suite was clean and the owner is really polite and a great host. Will most likely visit again in future.

I expected more from breakfast, but that's why everything else was really great and breakfast didn't reach that level for me, but the host is doing his best and will probably reach that breakfast service in future.

Property is located in a quiet location. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful making every effort to make sure your stay is great.The room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant offers delicious dinners of local fare.

I was disappointed with breakfast. At 10 EUR you get buffee style breakfast: Cornetto, coffee and a boiled eggs. Musli - but no yogurt ?, fette biscottate + marmelate and fresh fruit. Nothing prepared but the eggs and coffee. I would recommend to grap breakfast at the bar instead

Who could guess that a gem like this could be found down a residential street near the train station? The kind and hard-working owners, Florina and Marian, have taken a abandoned hotel empty for 8 years and turned it into an incredible place. The rooms are comfy and stylish. The restaurant, featuring local recipes and ingredients, is amazing. The couple are consummate hosts, bending over backward to make your stay exceptional.

Extremely clean! Incredibly kind staff. Mario, the owner / operator of the hotel goes above & beyond to make you feel at home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Mario so kindly assisted us with our luggage as well. You can feel the pride he takes in his property - both the hotel & restaurant. The hotel is also located a 3 minute walk away from the Montereale Valcellina train station, which is a bonus!

It's a nice location attached to a lively restaurant with a great view.

My only suggestion would be getting refrigerators for the rooms. At least a mini fridge or something like that to chill a bottle of wine and some water.

Good location. Garden was very pleasant. Very good restaurant. Possibility of late check-in and early check-out!

It would be nice to see the hotel staff. Reception was always closed. Only possible to communicate by phone/email.

Mario and his wife offered first aid supplies when we arrived having had a motorcycle accident shortly before arriving. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay even to the point of use of his tools and garage to repair my motorcycle and trying to source parts for my bike. The restaurant has the most amazing locally sourced ingredients and the food is of the highest quality. Mario offers an amazing insight into the origins of the produce. All the staff are very attentive and polite. If you like first class service and amazing food this hotel is a must.
