Perfect hotel in Aviano, great value for money, location, parking, spacious and clean room and bathroom, little balcony. The most important thing for me, since I travel with my dog is that the hotel is full pet friendly, and this one was superb in that regard. The staff was super friendly and they were there to help with anything but at the same time they do not hover over you, which is great. Excellent breakfast, 24/7 coffee, tea, water available at the hotel restaurant for free which was a nice surprise. There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel and I’m always on the road. Highly recommended and will definitely come again when I’m in the area. The local pizza place with a delicious pizza/pasta nest door. Very convenient. The staff spoke perfect English! Which for Italy is a rare thing.

Everything was perfect.

Frederica was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to help us with everything to include understanding the laundry machines, history of Aviano and best places to eat . She also bid all of us a very sweet farewell and said she looked forward to seeing us again ! We will be back very very soon Hotel Oliva has amazing staff all of them including the bartender , she was amazing as well ! The rooms are clean , have great air conditioning , great breakfast and great views ! Thank you again !!

Nothing perfect!

Personnel was great! Extremely tidy and functional hotel - maybe recently renovated as everything seemed brand new. Parking on the was convenient and secure. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've seen. The restaurant next door was very good.

Depends on your needs - it's bit on the side so calm and quiet but not much to see.

Great space for a couple to stay for a few days. Near the Aviano square so food and activities were easily accessible. Laundry on site was a life saver. The breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday! Was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will be returning in the future.

The air conditioner sometimes gave off a musty smell, but other than that it was lovely.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the bar. Very comfortable room and safe car park. Perfect place for a short stay like ours.

Terrible American coffee at breakfast, served from an automatic coffee machine but espresso from the other machine was drinkable, although also far from the quality you would expect in Italy.

Love the location, quiet yet in walking distance to stores & restaurants. Parking available & included. The front patio is so relaxing, sit & have a beverage, eat take out meal, play a game. Breakfast is a great mix, you won’t go away hungry. They leave out the fruit & some side snacks for you to enjoy when you need a snack; coffee & tea 24 hrs! The staff are the best! They allow pets to stay with you… no hassle either, only a small daily fee!

There is some noise transfer between rooms (I could hear my neighbor snore lol)

Location is great, private parking, nicely modernized rooms & facility, excellent breakfast… coffee, tea & snacks available 24 hrs, handicap accessible, wonderful front porch to unwind on, & the staff are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

The room walls are but thin so there is a good amount of noise transfer if you have a loud neighbor.

Everything, I have never stayed here before but i had lived in Aviano for 5 years before and I was lucky and blessed to be back, me and my husband loved this Hotel, lovely hotel we stayed twice thats how much we loved it

The amenities, the employees, the silence everything was perfect, the view

Great staff, Amazing breakfast, good selection of local wines and beverages in the bar at a value level price point. Air Condition is ice cold and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked.

Only area I would recommend is more power outlets at the desk. I had to unplug the desk light to get power for the laptop. Bonus they do have a US styled Plug as well as Euro plug in the room

This hotel (which from the outside you wouldn't guess) is one of the best value-for-money-places ever! I'm not known to exaggerate, but I can recommend it without hesitation: Staff, Room, included Services, cleanliness, secure parking, central location. What more would you want? I'll be back! ;-)
