Nice rooms, a bit older bathroom but nothing we would mind. Windows point to the square but there wasn’t any extra noise. Very kind staff. The included breakfast was tasty and takes place in the cafe in the ground level. You cam have a hot beverage (tea/coffee) and either some sweet pastry or a sandwich. No option for gluten free bread but if you can have your own they’ll provide jam and butter for example. Parking for free in the inner courtyard of the property (if there’s a free place)

After arrival, we were checked in not in the main building of the hotel, but we had to walk about 100 m to another place. After climbing a dozen or so stairs, we entered what seemed to be the previous location of the hotel. There was a bathroom and a kitchen downstairs. There was another bathroom on the first floor and a total of 4 rooms, of which we had 2 at our disposal. The rooms and both bathrooms were quite modestly equipped, but it was sufficient for our several-day stay. The location right next to the market square of Maniago is fantastic. In the morning you could take advantage of the offer of several cafes, and in the afternoon eating lunch was also not a problem. There is also a COOP market in the area. In addition, there are several ice cream parlors and shops with other necessary items. Of course, there are also knife shops in the area, for which Maniago is famous. We only used the room for a short stay at night, and we used the stay to visit the nearby and surrounding area. We were in Venice, on the beach in Jesolo and on Lake Garda. There is also a river with a dam nearby where you can have a nice time - there are a lot of stones there and you need to take this into account. The Monday market is a nice experience. Leaving the hotel is a bit complicated, but it offers many shopping opportunities.

Even though our rooms were OK overall, in my opinion, when booking, it was not clearly stated that I was booking rooms that were not in the main building but that I had to go a little further. This also meant that despite the information on the website, people staying in these rooms did not have access to the Internet. The set of keys we received did not allow us to lock the main door to the entire unit. Despite it was a hotel, the rooms were not cleaned throughout our stay. It didn't bother us, but I think that such information may be important for some people.

Very central with everything in walking distance, lovely helpful staff, clean, good fan in bedroom.

There is noise from other houses’ air conditioning units in the night if you sleep with the windows open. But not a huge problem.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Very unpleasant smell in the corridor. Most disappointing was the lack of "salty" breakfasts (they start at 10 o'clock). If you plan sport activities in the morning, you should take care of the appropriate food yourself.

Located on very nice square, central. Friendly staff. It's no luxury, but expected. Bathrooms could be refurbished, but all functional. Also heating was working early November, great.

Noise from bathroom extractor... you can even hear the one from your neighbouring room...

The welcome and the care and attention of the staff was beyond expectation. It was all fine for the price bracket. These people struggled through covid and crazy inflation and have come out the other end positive and friendly. They deserve - and get - our unconditional respect.

The cafe bar below the hotel belongs to the group and the food and cakes and croissants are made by them. The hotel is centrally located to all the main items in town.

Only two very small items - the shower area is a little shower small restricting turning and suggestion of additional pillows as the ones supplied were a little soft.

Great location in Piazza Italia. Gabrielle and his staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast options made by the family pasticceria.

Please be mindful there is no aircon.
