We had a fun week! Although the room is a little small and the furniture (in the room) has already seen better days, but it really doesn't change the overall picture, the room is overall pleasant, very clean, and well-equipped, the air conditioner is quiet, the internet is also very fast (also on the beach), the balcony “dominates” on the line the beach. The private beach adjacent to the hotel is amazing and clean. Excellent breakfast, the selection is delicious and fresh. (and a perfect cappuccino). The staff is extremely sympathetic and does everything to make you feel good. The price was also definitely reasonable. We will miss this vacation! Definitely see you again!

Right on the water front, the staff were friendly and helpful. really short walk from the supermarket. nice drinks for the beach bar, Marco who was in charge of the private beach area was lovely. welcoming and helpful.

Marked down due to not being allowed to take food from anywhere else onto the beach, when only small limited options for food throughout the day. Charging €3 for beach towels is a little cheeky. it’s just a towel for the beach.

We are a family of 4 but our boys in their late teens. Our room layout was fantastic. There was a main room with a bed for my husband and I and an offset room with two beds for the boys. There were 2 bathrooms AND a balcony for each "room" In addition, the included breakfast was GREAT. It was much more expansive than breakfasts that are typically included at most hotels.

Our air conditioner kept turning itself off, so it was hot at times. In addition, I felt that the lobby-though clean, was too dimly lit.

Likely the best location on the Montesilvano lungomare. Southern views from the balcony of the entire coast and Adriatic sea. Breakfast was excellent from a sea view restaurant and included a fresh egg station, sliced meats, fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh crostata, fruits and cakes. The staff were very kind and helpful. Plenty of close, free parking in the area.

There are a few things like not enough lighting in the rooms and the mattresses could use a bit of a refresh. But the positives definitely outweigh the negatives and we'd highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very good. Location near the beach excellent. Rooms facing the pool provide an great view and are really quiet.

First impression of reception area, stairs and floors was a little disappointing and needs some renovation. Especially the carpets should be replaced.

I used the swimming pool a lot. It was end of season so I often had it to myself, which was great. Occasionally shared with just a few others, which was OK too. My room had a great balcony with sea view. The air conditioning worked. However, if the key card was removed from the slot or the balcony door was open it switched off. Very sensible, but it confused me at first! Breakfast at the hotel was included for me and it was pretty good. I like bacon and eggs and English Breakfast Tea, I was well served with those options! I had one evening meal at the hotel, which was nice enough. Usually I ate out. There was a nice pizza (and arrosticini) place across the road, and a Gelateria too. There was a shopping Mall nearby with steak house, and supermarket. The local number 2/ bus stop was close by, it was a 30 minute ride to and from Pescara. There was a very long promenade, stretching for miles. Lots of people doing their morning exercise before it got too warm.

The room was a bit small. It was OK for me as a single person but a couple on a long stay might find it a bit cramped. Pack accordingly! 🙂 No kettle in the room, I got used to it after a while. Last bus back from Pescara was at 21:30.

Perfect location free sunbeds, perfect for a family with kids ,parking -book it in advence limited places,close to restaurants ,markets , the breakfast was generous and fresh had also local pastry, excellent coffee 😬 overall we had an excellent stay at Sea Lion .

The restaurant for dinner needs more work .

Perfectly located hotel, right on the beach and next to great restaurants as well as a shopping mall (for rainy days there are games inside for kids- huge bonus). The staff were very accommodative and friendly, and breakfast was really good. We only stayed one night on our way to northern italy but it would warrant a few days stay next time. Lovely, lovely spot.

great location , right on the beach , clean and tidy all the time , breakfast had lots of choice , staff very friendly and helpful , you get you own sun loungers and parasol . and everyone is well spaced out , so plenty of space , ( unlike some other hotels) Marco the lifeguard sorts everything out , and ensures the beach is spotless. we were very lucky to get a dual aspect balcony with views of the mountains , and the beach, the sea was enjoyably warm (end of july, early august) This is an Italian hotel in an Italian resort , a first for us .

what didn't you like ? , nothing to report .

Excellent breakfast italian style (sweet or salted). Comfortable beds. Clean. Regular towels and sheets changed. Friendly staff.

Perfection is only an idea. Umbrellas on the beach and restaurant shelters not providing (real UV protection) good shadow during noon hours.
