I had an incredible stay at this Bed and Breakfast in Italy! From the moment I booked, the communication with the owner was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. The property is perfectly located right next to the beach, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of traditional Italian charm with a modern twist. It's evident that great care has been taken in every detail to provide a comfortable and memorable experience. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, which made dining and shopping so convenient. Free parking is available on the street, and for a small fee, you can also park directly on the property. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a quintessential Italian experience by the sea. I can't wait to return!

Nothing to complain.

Very nice and clean apartment. The apartment has a refrigerator, electric kettle, cups and glasses. Very spacious bathroom, ≈10m² size. Great location. Maximum security - the gate of the private area is closed with a key and there is a safe in the room. Cleaning on request. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with sea view. Additionally to a sweet breakfast you can order a more hearty breakfast for free. Wonderful, friendly host. Angelina helped us with any question.

Angelina and Nildo Are some of the best hosts I have had across the years. Their space is impeccably taken care of and I almost do not want to share it with the world. It is a perfect slice of heaven! We were there just at the end of the season when the weather was still nice for walks on the beach. It is just across the street. The upper deck space is perfect for a bottle of wine or more. I will find a way to make it back there someday, as it is truly a slice of heaven. Thank You so much Nildo and Angelina

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was plentiful, varied and set out attractively. The host baked on occasion in addition. Drinks were available on demand. The location, overlooking the sea and near parkland was ideal. The hosts were attentive and very welcoming. I felt very comfortable in their company. Access to a roof terrace made the accommodation quite special.

I don't think the hosts can improve on their companionable and professional approach to their business. All was exactly as I would have hoped.

The accommodation was spotless and very spacious. There was a huge balcony overlooking a park with sea views. The building has a grand staircase and lots of open spaces with beautiful gardens. Perfectly positioned for the beach, restaurants and the town. Angelina made the stay extra special by being the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and the language barrier was not an issue.

Nothing to dislike

Sea is just over the street, bus stops near, a lot of cafeterias, restaurants and universal store very close. Room was very comfortable and clean, whole hotel is very cozy and smells relaxing. Thank you dear Angelina and Nildo - you are amazing, thanks yo you my stay was great and we could get to bus station timely in our last day at very uncomfortable time 3-4 AM ❤️

The hosts are amazing kind and generous people who are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. One day there was a taxi strike so the host drove us to Pescara no problem. Some great local restaurants were also recommended and booked for us. Food amazing best pizza and excellent fish. The house is spotless and the air conditioning is super effective and quiet. The house is literally across the road from the beach with miles and miles of golden sand. The best thing is you feel you are in real Italy surrounded by Italian families.

We liked it all but in the heat to walk to Pescara is probably too far for most ( at least 45 minutes). If you want to shop or be in a bit more of a tourist environment you need to get a taxi or have a car.

Location is very good, it is easy to get there in car a good spot for parking. The rooms are big and it is great to receive breakfast in the room. There are game tables and coffee !!! My son loved to use the bicycle along the bike road through the city.

Charming home in a quite residential neighborhood, across a small street from the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. Our hosts Angelina and Nildo were very friendly looked after us very well- asked about breakfast presence, gave us restaurant suggestions.

Great place, quite some distance from the main center but apartment is very spacious, very clean with a personal touch when it comes to breakfast and utilities. Great place to stay in Pescara!
