The place was incredibly cozy and ideal for our trip. Situated centrally, it made it convenient to access any location in Pescara, and the staff was always answer fast to questions, and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

All was good, though after a few days of staying we were missing towels change and cleaning. Maybe that could be as an option to add to people, after some amount of days when they stay to have cleaning. Otherwise the girl was super nice to us, she let us to check out later, we are very thankful for it :)

Very central and close to the beach, quiet area. Clean and new.

Basic shared equipment would be handy - e.g. Bottle opener, sponge to clean cups etc.

Excellent location. Close to the shops, buses, train station, restaurants and beach. The apartment was modern, clean, very well-equipped with a nice bathroom. I really like that instead of the sweet snacks in the room we got a voucher to the cafe which was close to the apartment. This is a much better idea. So I like it :)

A very compact room, the balcony was amazing and aircon was a bonus.

That there was a notice put up for the day we left for exterminators to come in for rats or cockroaches.

We are a couple on a motobike tour. In two weeks all over Mediteranian , this was the best suprise. I booked just a day or two before as it seemed Ok. But it was more then Ok. Impecably clean, very nice outside and inside and very nice ladies welcoming us with lemon water after a hot trip. The beach is a stonethrow away , it is similar to all beaches in Rimini, but I think Rimini is more than a beach. It is about long walks, good food and having an aperitiovo(s) :) in numerous bars. Hotel is ivery centrally located but in nice and quiet location cca 15 ro 20 min walk to either old centre or beaches and areas with most buzz. ( that is not a lot of distanca as Rimini is huge) But there are also bikes and buses when you do not feel like walking. Being from touristic Adriatic country like Croatia I think I can judge fairly the cost to value worth, and this was great!

Amazing locality, nice room with new and clean equipment. Helpfull and nice stuff that speaked english and delicious breakfast.

It says it's B&B, but there was no breakfast :( The cafe downstairs was closed, we checked few times.
