A really amazing location, near the centre, near the beach, tucked away, and some amazing local food spots! Rosanna was lovely and gave great recommendations, keeping on top of the cleanliness. I turned up unannounced and her mother helped stow away our luggage whilst we went to explore on our first morning. If you communicate with Rosanna, she helps in so many ways. A really lovely, cosy room with a terrace, the perfect sunspot for my morning coffee. Across the road was a local place that served, roast chicken, roast potatoes and vegetables to take away. A perfect way for me to eat home cooked food, whilst getting ready for the evening ahead (I eat a lot). Amazing trip, beautiful chilled city, make sure you eat central, the beach spots are only really ideal for breakfast pastries, pizzas and the occasional seafood restaurant. But for me the more traditional eateries were in the centre on the side streets. Enjoy everyone! And book here for true value for money.

The room we had was different than what I saw on the booking. But it was alright. The room is equipped with a small kitchen (close to the bed though), a dining table and a small outside area where we can dry the laundry. We didn’t see the host but she answered the questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The B&B is well located, and the proprietor friendly and helpful. You're well placed for pretty much any activity in Pescara, and reasonably close to the station. I could come and go as I pleased, and the stay was relaxing.

I don't mind a shared bathroom, for which I never had to wait, and which was always spotless. Other than that, nothing to dislike here. No parking at the B&B, but there is safe (paid) parking in Piazza Maggio a short walk away.

The property was very central , and clean. Sofia went out of her way to make sure we had somewhere to park our car. she also let us check in early. Sofia is looking belt and although she does not speak much or I Italian we communicated well. Highly recommended.

The only reason I did not give a grinning face for facilities wax because the shower is very small. my husband is a big man with limited mobility at the moment which made it difficult for him to shower but he managed.

Perfect location! Very close to the beach, shops, cafes, city centre etc. The host was super welcoming and helping. Check-in was very easy and quick, the host was always in touch. There were all necessary utensils for cooking. We spent a great time. Recommend !

Everything was good.

When we arrived we were greeted by Sofia, the b&b is located under her beautiful apartment. we had a triple room. all of the beds were comfy, the room and bathroom was clean. The shower was slightly small however, was perfect for what we payed and we were not unimpressed by anything. Our room had a door to a balcony which was nice to sit on. The location was very close to main pescara. Sofia doesn’t speak much English however, pescara isn’t very English speaking at all and it was perfect for us and any big confusion was cleared up using google translate, she was so lovely, authentic and welcoming. We felt safe and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The breakfast is a voucher for a lovely cafe round the corner, we enjoyed different croissants and coffee in the morning. this is a typical breakfast all around Italy so you should not expect anything more, it was perfect for us. No complaints from us. would 100% return. thank you so much Sofia!!!!!!

The receptionist woman was super nice to us. She is very cute and sincere. We have stayed 1 night, bed was comfortable, there are foods and drinks that you can prepare yourself. And room includes balcony which have clothesline. Warm water, cute room, nice location.

Unfortunately heat system wasn't working.

The listing and owners were fantastic! They were very accommodating with the check-in and out times and provided a warm and welcoming stay. The property was well located and I would highly recommend staying here for your trip if you plan to visit Pescara.

Really close to the beach and city center. It's on the ground floor and has a separate entrance, own bathroom, kitchen, AC, and mosquito net.

Everything was great! A convenient location, spacious room and friendly staff.

It’d be nice if room trash was taken out as there is no room cleaning.
