The room was very nice and really comfortable, also the location was a very short distance from the beach and the train station so it was perfect.

The price felt a bit high and despite calling the owner and arranging a check-in time, he didn't answer his phone and showed up 2 hours late.

The staff person on duty the entire time we were at Aron Only was Mohamed. He was very attentive and kind. He took care of every need we had and answered all of our questions. Mohamed even returned our first evening, relatively late, to help us find parking. There was a parking lot that charged for parking right by Aron Only, but they were having a lot of issues with people not being happy with them. A lot of yelling and screaming. Mohamed returned to show us where in the area we could park for free as well as other pay lots. We were very grateful to him for his help! He was also available by phone or text whenever we had a question. Thank you for making our stay exceptional Mohamed! We also liked the location of Aron Only. It’s right on the sea side and the beach is across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a wonderful jewelry store we found several treasures at and highly recommend, (Antonio Seta) We had a wonderful time in Pescara, but so much of that was because of Mohamed and his kindness. If we had a business we would want all of our employees to be just like him and we would not have a worry in the world! Thank you again Mohamed and Aron Only!

The parking was difficult unless you used the parking lot that charged per day.

We liked the speed of check-in, the owner sent information about the check-in in English via messenger with information on where to pick up the key, since the hotel has no receptionist. Convenient location of the hotel in the center with shops and infrastructure, the beach is nearby, the public beach option is available for free, as well as a beach club with sun loungers and umbrellas for money.The room had all the towels, bathing products, and a hairdryer. The room had an interesting, stylish design.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The only fact is that the windows overlook the street, where in the morning around 5-6 am the garbage is collected by municipal services. It may be a little noisy, but this is the downside of being in the very center of the city, where all the restaurants are located and music events take place.

What can I say, Davide was truly a great help and person. I called ahead as instructed about 20 mins prior to arrival and he picked up the phone quickly and meet me at the front door. As it was my first time there and driving in Italy I wasn't sure where to park for a few days. We went across the street to pay and the machine would NOT accept my Chase card. So he asked if I was ok to walk 1 min as there is a parking lot with attendants and we could use my card. So we drove to the spot and it was 10 Euros an hour at this spot. He said this is really expense especially if we are staying for 3 days. So he said I will bring you to a spot that will be much much cheaper. I thanked him so we drove and parked. took pic of the location and it was 25 Euros for the 3 days. He saved me a ton of money. the room was perfect size for My Daughter, wife, and I to stay in. The place was clean, and had everything we could want. The bathroom was great and so much room, The AC helped and was perfect. It was nice having a mini Fridge there as well as access to coffee in the main area. WIFI worked well and the Netflix made it feel like home when we were tired from the beach and walking the area. We will be back for sure and will stay much longer.

Crazy funky fun decor! Loved balcony with table and chairs. Super convenient location. Terrific air conditioning. Nice amenities in kitchenette. Overnight parking was pretty close.

At first it was kind of confusing to figure out where to go to collect the keys since it wasn’t at the property address. Host was helpful in providing directions.

This modern apartment was a perfect place to stay in Pescara. Very clean, modern and close to the beach. We want to thank the hotel owner and the staff for their help and care! Nice designed rooms and very quiet.

The breakfasts were in at the bar, which was pretty close to the hotel, however, the staff was pretty busy and we had to wait a lot. Moreover, because you are the hotel guest, the bar's hotel treats you like a "second sort" client. The breakfast is typical "Italian" so only coffee, juice and croissant. I do not recommend it.

Very convenient for exploring Pescara. Room balcony was lovely. Long term parking in railway station is a cheap daily rate and a short walk away.
