Excellent location, right in the center of Pescara, very close to the shops and bars, 7 min walking to the beach, 5 min walking to the bus station. Comfy bed and a clean room with modern furniture. Italian breakfast with sweets and coffee in the room and daily croissants.

I recommend having a wooden door or a wall instead of a glass door in the bathroom for a better privacy and comfort. Also, if possible, I suggest switching the check-in/out hours by 2h, meaning check-out at 12, noon, and check-in starting 14:30.

good location, hotel located in center,close to main street, seaside and train station. We were lucky having a very cozy room with huge balcony facing the side street. Good breakfast served in the room, special thanks for extra croissants that we got on a request. There is coffee machine and kettle in the room.

Access was a bit tricky- though we agreed leaving the luggage at 10am, we were provided with pin codes to main gates that work only after 12.30pm. Every time we opened the water, we could smell gas on a balcony.

Great location,close to train station and main pedestrian precinct, but very quiet room. Modern and spotlessly clean and very comfortable.Room size ideal for single, but would be a bit tight for two. Great for short stay though. Host met me at property and let me in. Also showed me the parking garage, which is just around corner from rooms. Parking in building off street. €15 per day,but worth it.

This property is in the perfect part of Pescara. So close to beach. Simply 5 minute walk through the newly renovated Piazza. It’s so quiet and very clean. We had a lovely room with all the amenities one needs for a short stay. Beautiful bathroom.

Just a few details The outside of the building is currently under renovation (july 2022) so we couldn't use the terrace, this was no problem for us but maybe for others. Breakfast is in the room (due to covid or always ?) Plenty of choice but I would have appreciated fresh bread

The room , the wrap around balcony , the location were all superb. I would highly recommend staying here- you are right in the centre of the city , a five minute walk to the train station and ten minute walk to the beach .

I really enjoyed staying here, central location , very friendly host and rooms are made perfectly, every little detail... and lavazza coffee maschine in the room i would definitely recommend this place.

The perfect accommodation one can ever find. although the price is a bit high keeping in mind the overall structure of the old building.

A lesser price could make it an even more top-class choice.

It was a great experience. The room and bathroom were very beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Adding the great location it was just perfect <3
