Very good central location, a 10 minute walk from the beach. Everything in the room in very good condition.

1. The safe deposit box didn't work and was never fixed. 2. Breakfast: some cereal, supermarket pastries and a coffee machine in the room. It would be good to have a no-breakfast option. 3. Parking needs an explanation. It's a huge lot at the train station. Very cheap for Italy, but not exactly 2.5 euro per day, as the description says. If you park your car, say, at 5pm and pick it up at 11am the next day, you pay 5 euros. If you then bring the car back in an hour, the same ticket no longer works, and the clock starts again.

The location was good. Close to the station. Not far from beach and stores. Clean room and well maintained.

We stayed during the time when road works where happening so a bit noisy during the night. Not the hotel's fault but thought knowing. Also not sure why but occasionally outdoor will buss, not sure where it was coming from. if that was from people entering or buzzing from outside with someone buzzing the wrong room.. One night it woke me up in the middle of the night. A bit annoying. Also been near a beach there was nowhere to hang wet bathers when we returned. Luckily i had a clothes line with me.

The room was nicely furnished and gave onto a balcony with small table and chairs where you could sit out. The automatic window blinds were great. There was an extra single in our room, but I think the space would have been better used to accommodate the table/ kitchen corner. There was an excellent selection of coffees, teas, breakfast snacks and cereals, plus a handy small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was well fitted: twin washbasins, hairdryer and extendable magnifying mirror for putting on your makeup, etc and a heated wall -rack for your towels or quickly drying small bits of laundry. The location was excellent: right across from the bus and train stations - without it making the area ugly - and ample (especially in the evening) paid parking which was just €2.50 per day. It wasn't even a 5 minute walk from there to the apartment with our suitcase. Lots of shops and eating places in either direction from the entrance to the apartment. We were round the corner and a short walk away from the sea front. It was a very good location.

There was no iron available in the room. The intercom at the entrance isn't particularly obvious or simple to operate. The apartment is on the 5th level. It's probably not a problem usually, but when we checked out, the lift was out of action and we had to carry a heavy suitcase down to ground level. Probably we were just unlucky and there were no staff members around at that moment who could have helped us. There was a table in the breakfast nook, but the 2 chairs weren't very suitable. Not a huge issue as on the terrace there was a very pretty table and chairs. A simpler shower would have been better than one with water shooting out all over the place. It took some figuring out how to operate and I don't like being doused with cold water.

They really care about the cleanliness providing cleaning service daily. The multipurpose coffee machine is a great decision, we were really enjoying the coffee every morning with the sweet buns provided as breakfast daily. The location (next to the train station) was perfect to us since we were about to visit the neighbouring towns and villages and we had some more time to sleep and prepare ourselves at home instead of spending this time to reach the train station. And last but not least, the view from our room was exceptional!!!

There were two small hairdryers but none of them worked properly and it took around 25 minutes to dry my short length hair.

Big and spacious room, with a huge bad, a couch, 2 tabels, small firdge, microwave, sweets for breakfast, also coffee maker, tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean, modern decorated, they cleaned every day in the room and bathroom.The bathroom was renovated recently and looked very good, modern, also was very clean. Close to the beach, 7-10 min walking distance, where you could find restaurants to eat. The train station and bus station 1, 2 min walking. A couple of groceries stores nearby.

The air conditioner made quit a noise when was on and it didn't cool enough the room. The fact that the room was at the 4th floor and the sun beat at it all day long also didn't help, also being on a boulevard well circled it made harder to leave the windows open at night because of the noise. Being near the beach, it lacks space where to put your clothes to dry, but we managed.

This is a fabulous location.A few blocks and you're don by the ocean.You close to the train statiend the bus station. As you walk East, there are tons of shopping, bars and in the giant piazza, there was music at night. It's just A really good place to be

I can't think of the thing.The room was fabulous. There was a coffee machine.Tere were snacks juice and water in the refrigerator super bathroom great shower multi headed and it had a counter with two counter chairs a pull out couch and and very easy access in and out of the building. And most of all, the staff was easy to deal with via WhatsApp.They kept in touch. As a solo woman traveler, I appreciate that. It was great.

The facilities are exceptionally good. A very good band of staff that maintain the rooms and keep them so clean. If you arrive by train it is very handy as it is over the road from the station. A short walk through the pedestrian streets to the beachfront with lots of coffee places. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and all the equipment in the room. With the shutters, you are not woken too early.

The triple room was very close to the center of the town, near the train station,very big, very clean, comfortable, the quality is worth the money, very comfortable beds, a good breakfast, towels and bed sheets changed daily and very clean. It has an AC. It is also accesible with an elevator, you can make the check in late at night.

The location was fabulous, very central to everything in Pescara. The staff and proprietor (Mario) were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating especially Francesco and Antonella. Rooms were very clean!!

The elevator was terrible...very noisey (our room was right next to it). It was very small and claustrophobic. "Breakfast included" was not what we thought. It should be noted that it is wrapped sweets, cereal in dispensers and a nespresso machine that you can make your own coffee. The juice and water in the refrigerator was nice. On the whole it all worked well for us.

staff went above and beyond at checkout to ensure I could do a conference call. They also allowed me to check in early and were super accommodating at 5 star resort level. very friendly team too. Location is just opposite the station with very nice view.of Pescara. the room.was spacious and all very clean. would consider to come back and book again. also no.issue with luggage storage
