Hotel breakfast offered more options than typical from other hotels in Italy. Hotel was clean and central to a lot of shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the train station. The room was quite large and the little balcony was great for some fresh air.

There were some stains on the roof of the room and bits of ripped wallpaper from the wall. The room felt old and outdated, not matching the hotel foyer, however, all cosmetic things that ultimately didn't affect the quality of the stay.

The location is great as it is near the train station and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The price was excellent value for money and a lovely continental breakfast ( including croissants,, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit,, bread rolls, cheese, cooked meats etc.)was included in the price. Also, the room was cleaned each day. There is a small bar in the hotel which is convenient for a beer, wine or coffee/tea...

some renovation is required, beds could be more comfortable a little, but in total hotel is fine!

Strategically located in the city center, 5 minutes walk from the sea, very clean and well organised. the staff are extremely helpful and informed. Wasting so much of our lives dealing with useless bots, it is absolutely refreshing, to meet competent, well mannered, professional staff. You will not find unnecessary lux and "smart" gadgets, but everything you really need for a pleasant human holiday.

Facilities is very good in general, on an excellent location in the city center, near to train and bus station, in a quiet area, with lot of good restaurants, bars and shops around, not so far from the beach. Very clean and optimally comfortable with pleasant staff.

The friendly greeting when I checked-in. Being recognized (by the Receptionist, Alice) before she had looked for my Booking.com reservation) set the tone for my experience at this Hotel. Very Professional approach.

In the immediate past I’ve stayed in several far more expensive Hotels. I could not find anything to fault with this one

The hotel is clean, the room is tidy and the terrace is comfortable. The breakfast is good, there are choices for salty and sweet. The garage is available for an additional fee and is located nearby and is safe. The beach is clean and nearby.

It was close to the station, the center and the beach. The breakfasts was quite good. Bed was comfortable. They let us leave our luggage in the hotel after our check out.

I’ve stayed in this Hotel several times before. I wouldn’t keep returning if there were any significant issues

The WiFi, although it had apparently been adjusted quite recently, was not reliable

This is a "historic" hotel (see the plaque by the front door) that is showing its age. However, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms are clean, which for me is the most important thing. The free bottle of water in the minibar is a nice touch. Breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately, the walls are thin. I was in room 218, and in the late afternoon there was a woman in 217 talking very loudly on the phone for about an hour, and then in the evening from about 9 p.m. to 9.45 there was a man talking very loudly on the phone. Why do people have to talk so loudly on the phone?
