I like everything from the moment I arrived. The owner is friendly and helpful with great tips for the local area. He helped me translate with a phone call. Actually he did everything 🤣. There's a supermarket downstairs and everything is on your doorstep. Extremely professional and helpful. The location is excellent 👌. The beds were very comfortable and there were little additions in the bathroom. They thought of everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Stanze di Bruno accommodation , which is located just 5 minutes from the seaside and the city center, with a lot of restaurants around. The room was very cozy and decorated in a bohemian style. Also had a balcony which was perfect for enjoying the breakfast in the morning with a view. Regarding the hosts, I have no words to describe how great was the interaction with Matteo who helped me with all the necessary information to have a pleasant stay: from choosing the best restaurants to which attractions to visit in the area as well as directions for transportation in the area and to the airport. I will definitely come back here during the summer.

Location was great. On a mainly pedestranised street right in the centre , very close to the beach and all the restaurants , shops and bars you could wish for.

It was perfect for our stay. Matteo was an attentive host who was always available with local info and arranging taxis etc. Spotlessly clean and in such a convenient location. We also liked the vintage, individualistic decor and the super comfortable bed. The self serve breakfast snacks and use of fridge .. plus kettle in the room and coffee machine in the guest area were an unexpected added bonus.

The room felt like I was living in a real Italian house, I felt both safe and cozy. What set this experience apart were the invaluable tips and recommendations provided by the host. His local knowledge enriched my visit, allowing me to explore hidden gems and enjoy the area’s culture and cuisine like a local. The place is perfect for anyone looking for more than just accommodation and comfort, but a truly personal and delightful experience.

In one word, great! Room clean, furnished with everything you need...modern quiet air conditioning, kettle, toiletries etc. Everything within easy reach...cafes, restaurants, shops. Beach 5 minutes. But the absolute best are Barbara and Matteo! Upon arrival, they thoroughly described everything and gave advice. On departure, Mateo willingly ordered a taxi to the airport and took care of your comfort. Thanks again!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is cozy, clean, and perfectly located. Matteo is a fantastic host – very kind, helpful, and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the very first day. Everything was well-organized, and we really appreciated the personal touch and care.

We loved our stay at Le Stanze di Bruno! It had all the amenities and the hosts made sure that we had a very comfortable stay there. Matteo & Barbara are two very kind people and they treated us like family. They provided us with delicious fresh croissants every morning and gave us amazing tips to explore the city. They also provided us with Beach towels & umbrella. The location of the stay is also excellent - right in the heart of the city and super close to everything, including the Beach. If can 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Pescara! :)

Excellent location - right downtown 5 minutes from the beach and the train/bus terminal. VERY friendly and accommodating hosts Matteo and Barbara. They provided beach towels, maps, and recommendations for things to do, restaurants, where to rent bikes, etc. Nothing was too much, you just had to ask. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. We had the room with the outside bath but it was not a problem. Plentiful breakfast and the freshest croissants we’ve eaten! Matteo found us parking nearby and his communication before and during our stay was very thoughtful.

A very comfortable apartment in the centre of Pescara and a short distance from the beach. It felt like a real home with nice art on the walls. The owner Matteo is very friendly, helpful and speaks fluent English.

There was a fairly limited breakfast choice but otherwise it was excellent

We are so happy we chose Le Stanze di Bruno for our stay. Matteo was very sweet and accommodating since before the trip making sure we had the right directions to reach the location from the airport. He was waiting for us for the Check in , and made it very easy and smooth the process. He was very helpful in giving information regarding car rentals, places to visit in Pescara as well as recommended some great restaurants. All in all a very nice experience in Pescara also thanks to Matteo.
