Really easy contact with the personel, I got answers for all of my questions/ requests really fast, they truly want You to have a great time and be comfortable,the both ladies were very nice and friendly. We were welcomed with a breakfast food on the table which we did not expect because we arrived afternoon,for the rest of our stay we got also mix of sweet and saviury kind of food waiting for us in the fridge when we wake up.The flat was clean and beds comfortable, localisation it's really good, a lot of nice restaurants close and beach 15min of nice walk from.I do recommend this place for sure!

We were surprised that we couldn't use the kitchen, it was part of the apartment, so we just fulled wasching machine there but would be nice to have possibility to use it.

We were in Pescara early after having only a short drive from our last stop, so being able to check in fairly early was great. We had half a spacious flat, with the other half empty, a lovely balcony and my new best friend, the AC. The place is located centrally and if you want to roam the city it's a perfect location to start from. Or you can pass out on the bed after finally, for the first time in days, not sweating. (Have I already mentioned that I love the air conditioning? On days when the temperature is already in the high 30s and Google tells you that it feels even warmer (and it does) then this is a lifesaver.) We only had contact with the owner (?) at breakfast, a very nice person! Breakfast was simple, but tasty. A great place to stay if you ever visit Pescara. Tell the AC I'm still thinking about it. I'll even add a pic of mi amor. (Yes, I was crazy enough to take a pic of it)

Beautiful old building in the heart of the weekend night life district, close to the river. A 10 minute walk to the beach 🏖️

If you're a light sleeper don't book Fri or Sat night. We were there these nights and it didn't bother us 😊

We booked two apartments. Both of them were very cosy and very well equipped. Rooms are very modern and spacious. Each room has its own bathroom. All rooms were very clean. Host Eleni was gentle and helpful from very beginning. We liked a lot the option of having previously prepared breakfast. We could have a breakfast only at 7 a.m. due to the need of taking bus, so hosts left us everything prepared the day before. I recommend it.

Host was communicative on WhatsApp. Gave directions on how to find free nearby parking and how to do contactless check in and out. Left GF breakfast treats in the room for our early morning departure. The space was new and beautifully decorated.

The neighborhood felt a little uncomfortable at night with people asking for money or using drugs. The wifi did not work for us even after trouble shooting.

We stayed for 1 night, convinient location.. Kindly supported by the host, could leave our luggage in their office. Appartment is clean. No kitchen, for a longer stay this might not be that ideal.

The breakfast was very simple. Only simple white bread, and not enough for our family. A croissant or other bun would have been nice.

It is really pleasant to stay at such a nice place where the staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The check-in is easy and smart! The apartment is clean and large. The location is good, in a lively area, near the center and sea. I would definitely recommend this place!

The airco did not work. Since the weather was warm we had to sleep open with the window. But because of the party people outside (since the apartment is in a busy area, with pubs etc.) it was impossible to have a good night of sleep. I forgot my earplugs...

It was self check-in, so there was no rush to reach there, it costs 20 Euros to reach there from the airport. The host left bottles of water for us. He had also some snacks for the breakfast. The view in the morning from the balcony is amazing. Ot is 20 minutes walk to the train station.

The main door lock is not smooth. The internet doesn't reach the second internal floor.

It was so nice, even better then I expected. The room was super clean and elegant. Bathroom was just across the corridor, big, stylish, fresh and warm. They do care about you here! Staff is really welcoming and attentive. Best impression. And top location
