Everyone was very happy and greeted us very warmly. We were always asked if we were ok and needed anything. Our room, with a very large balcony was clean and comfortable. It has lots of lovely antique pieces and has a very homely atmosphere. Breakfast each morning in the beautiful breakfast room was freshly made and the delicious cakes etc, are lovingly homemade. There are a couple of great little restaurants for dinner only a few minutes walk. Secure underground parking is was also a bonus. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (very expensive to hire an umbrella) and a 20 minute walk to the centre of the city for great food, wine bars and shopping.

The only thing I found was that our bathroom was a little small.

The hotel is located in a quiet street on walking distance of the beach, harbour and boulevard. The superior suite with big bath and luxury shower in the room is very well designed and a pleasure to stay. The additional flower petal service is definitely recommended! The fact that the only the luxury bath and shower are open ‘in the bedroom’ and that the toilet/bidet are a separate private en-suite room is also a big design plus. Staff is very helpful, professional and also speaks English. And the next morning you enjoy a fresh and tasty breakfast in a beautiful dining area.

We had a fantastic stay, one tip can be to improve the soundproofing of the entrance door to the room.

The breakfast buffet was generous, with cooked-to-order eggs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It was an easy 25 minute walk across the bridge to the main piazza and 15 minute walk to the beach. The owner (Italo) is absolutely charming and has beautiful antique photos of his Nonna Alba around the dining room.

I liked the hotel, the decoration was inspiring, rooms were clean, it was easy to reach from the airport in less than 15 min. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious. it happened to be my birthday during my stay and i got a gift from the hotel and i was surprised for the nice gesture! they made my stay lovely!

Everything that the villa had on offer!! Perfect location, super clean and comfortable room and the staff felt if they were family! Fantastic air conditioning and an amazing shower which one needs in these hot days, breakfast you name it and they will cook or make it for you! I strongly recommend for anyone visiting Pescara, definitely book this Gr8 Villa for your stay!!

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

The atmosphere was tropical and relaxed within the busy city. The staff was friendly, helpful, and readily available. There were multiple choices for breakfast and the food was delicious. There was a parking garage at no extra cost.

The room was tiny with only a desk chair. The bed and pillow were too hard.

Staff were unreal at this Resort. Nothing was too much hassle and the breakfast is exactly what you need to start off the day, some pastries, bowl of fruit with yogurt/honey and some eggs n bacon plus lots more. Even gave us some of their mums homemade treats for our travel onto Croatia which was a nice touch. Definitely worth staying here and wished we stayed longer.

Breakfast and staff all round were fantastic and could not be more helpful or friendly. I would highly recommend this place that is being updated and will be fantastic once finished I’m sure. Amazing staff.🫶🫶🫶 It had secure parking which was a bonus as well.

The hotel is a great place to spend holidays by the sea. I was especially pleased with the hotel staff, the girls are very friendly and will always come to the rescue. There was a nice bonus when checking in, they presented a bottle of sparkling wine, a very cozy hotel 🌿
