The family running the B&B are great and wonderful. They are quick to respond on WhatsApp to your needs, and the rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast is provided, it's basic but does the job, they also offer scrambled eggs which is done by the hosts. Feels better and personal. Coffee is decent and the communication before you arrive is super clear and direct.

The wifi is a bit spotty in certain areas of the room, not the fastest.

Nice room with high and well decorated ceiling, big enough for 2 people, bathroom equipped with a big showe cabin, bidet, and many towels. Everything was perfectly clean. The breakfast had a good variety, including pastries as a classical italian colazione, but also with plenty of fruits, cereal, prosciutto, salami, cheese, 2 types of salads and mini tuna sandwiches. Paola, Giada and Mariana were very kind and friendly. Highly recommended as an accommodation option when in Pescara. 2 minutes from Pescara Porta Nuova train station and 2 minutes from Gastronomia L'Abruzzo a tavola, a wonderful and laid-back restaurant where we ate 3 times during our stay. Great!

There is nothing I didn't like, everything was beautiful!

A wonderful place to stay for some days in Pescara. The B&B is located in an historical building. The room we rented was huge (30sqm) and furnished with "old" furnitures like in a castle. We really liked the mix of "old" decoration and modern elements like indirect lights, AC in the room and modern bathroom. There was also a little refrigerator in the room. The host Paola was super friendly and always available. Breakfast in the morning even outside on the terrace was a perfect start in the morning. The B&B is roughly 20mins walk away from Pescara city centre but there are also many bars and restaurants only 5 mins away from the B&B, we prefered this area. Free parking directly in front of the building possible.

The room was very spacious, clean and in a great location. The staff were so lovely. Every day our bed was made, water restocked in the fridge and little chocolates left for us. The daily breakfast was delicious and the beautiful staff were always there offering coffee and freshly cooked eggs.

Location was excellent, 5 min walk from the old centre. The owner met us on spot and was very nice & helpful and nice (in some rooms in other places in Abruzzo you don't see the owner at all! We suggest that before you choose a place which is not an hotel contact the place).The room was huge and very nice. Breakfast was decent.

Very nice host who made it all to make us feel at home. Very friendly and professional. From the arrival on which we got very detailed instructions on how to obtain the key and access to the building and room up to the point of departure. Very big and cozy room, as well as the whole location.

Heating. The air conditioning system was working but besides making a lot of noise it did not provide any heating. The host made an effort and turned on the central heating however it would have been required to keep the heating on non stop. The room was big with very high ceiling and very difficult to maintain heat. That is why my overall rating is 9, instead of 10.

- nice welcome and introduction of the city after our arrival - well-kept tenement house with interestingly arranged rooms - silence and privacy - 2 minutes walk to the bust stop - buses run very frequently and for 1,2 EUR you can get to the airport, the journey takes about 10 minutes - I really apreciate the fact that after check out we could left our baggage in the lobby and recolect it later. We had a flight late in the evening and after whole day spent walking arount the city we could came back here, use the bathroom, take a shower and refresh. That was really helpful :)

Very nice room and comfy bed great breakfast , very clean and friendly staff.

A bit far from the city center (20minutes on foot)but you can catch a bus and it is an 8 minutes' ride. You can find nice places to eat and have a drink though near Dimora.
