Location is simply perfect for a beach escape in Pescara! We booked a room with a view, it a huge balcony, literally three steps from the beach and decent walking distance to nice restaurants. Also, I appreciated the cleanliness.

The hotel itself definitely needs a bit of a modern refurbish and the breakfast tends to lack variety (and at times even quantity, especially if you sleep late - but even so, if you say breakfast is served until 10, I would expect to find plenty of options around 9:30!). Also, it seemed a bit much to charge for the hotel's private beach area - at least a discount for hotel guests?

The hotel is very well located in front of the beach, it does not have its own beach club free of charge, but they offer a discount at a very nice beach club in front of the hotel. The location is very good, near the marina, where there are very good restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is very good, I loved the ricotta cheese, but you have to arrive early because they don't restock what is already gone.

That you have to get up early to get the good stuff from breakfast. Sleepyheads or party goers will have a simple breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to offer excellent value for money. Although the hotel is older, it is very clean and provides all the necessary services. Breakfast can be a bit disorganized if you arrive after 9 AM, but the barista, Emanuela (I hope I remembered the name correctly), makes the best double espresso I had during my stay in Italy. The staff is very cheerful and pleasant.

There is no fridge in the room :(

Delicious, diverse Italian food, friendly hotel staff. The corner room was tiny, but the terrasse was more significant than the room, and there was a deck chair so you could sunbathe. There is a bar in front of the hotel on the beach with friendly staff and a pleasant evening atmosphere with good music.

Wi-Fi sometimes disconnects and is occasionally slow. But the personnel quickly fixed the problem. I would recommend putting the safe in the room and a small fridge.

Great location for the beach and for walks, just had to cross the road. A nice distance from the main town centre and easily accessible by bus or on foot. It was nice and quiet at night. Plenty of options for eating nearby.

Could do with a towel hook beside the sink, but that's the only downside. And maybe a kettle in the room.

Good location, really nice and helpfull stuff, very clean hotel, delicious coffe with breakfast. Close to the beach, few restaurants and city bus stop. The advantages exceed the disadvantages.

A little too small shower, furnishings/furniture slowly need a change. But cozy and very clean room.

The hotel is located very close to a clean, large beach. We paid extra for a sea view room which allowed us to have a stunning panorama of the coast and turquoise sea. There were some nice bars/restaurants close to the hotel, including a pizzeria, fish restaurant and beach bars. The bus stop is directly next to the hotel, making it easy to take the number 10 bus into the vibrant city center where there is lots of shopping and a multitude of choice for restaurants/cafes. It is also possible to walk into the main part of the city over the bridge and takes around 25 minutes on foot. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with clean towels provided. The bathroom was also nice and bright with a clean shower and a bidet. There was air conditioning, which was really powerful and kept the room cool. Breakfast was simple but there were lots of options, including various pastries, cakes and savory choices. The large balcony was private, divided from neighboring rooms and nice for sitting out to catch the morning sun. Staff members were extremely helpful, going above and beyond for us, printing our boarding passes, providing us with scissors and a bottle opener when we needed them, and rectifying an issue with noise from a party of other guests. They were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and gave information about the city/transport links. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regent and Pescara generally and we would love to return here again.

The free WiFi wasn't very strong so we couldn't really use it. The room would have benefitted from a minibar/refrigerator to keep drinks cool. It would have been great to have a safe/locked box in the room for storing valuables too. However, these are minor points that didn't significantly impact on our enjoyment of our stay.

The room is comfortable, has required amenities and breakfast is good. The hotel is in a good location as the bus to the center of Pescara stops just in front of the hotel. The area where the hotel is seems nice but its about 10/15 minutes walk from the center.

Cleaning could be done a bit better (i.e dust behind doors etc)

I liked the proximity to the beach, the location regarding restaurants etc. the breakfast lived up to the reviews and the room was clean and tidy.

There could be more food available at breakfast since it ran out of multiple items.

Straight in front of the beach. Simple and clean. Ok comfortable. Some of the personal were sweet.

There were too many big groups. They acted rude in the cafeteria. The shower is weird. I spilled water everywhere every time I showered.
