The owners, managers and staff are rightly proud of this masterpiece. Hotel Palazzo Novello is a a charming and luxurious residence that makes you feel like you are being entertained by royalty. Our room was designed and furnished to perfection, and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are courteous, proud and friendly. We were especially impressed by the 24-hour coffee making facilities. My wife and I were sad that we could not stay longer. A wonderful experience in every way.

The ambient was very beautiful, and the room was unique and comfortable. Girls working in the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very diverse, and the quality of food was amazing. Every little detail in this hotel is very well designed. We came late, and check-in was very easy and well explained to us. There were enough parking spots in the yard. I highly recommend it, and we will come back for sure.

Staff members were welcoming and checked on us how our stay was and when a member of our party had an issue they were very prompt at rectifying. Bed was very comfy and the hotel decor is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was good and just what we needed.

The stairs to our room were external and although this wouldn’t have been an issue, the fact that they were always dirty made it feel as if they were considered as a second class area detached compared to all the other areas of the hotel. The room didn’t have a hot water boiler which even a very basic hotel room should have or coffee and tea facilities should be granted 24/7 in a communal area if boiler is not available.

The place its absolutely stunning. It’s all you imagined when you think of staying in a 400 years old Palazzo. Attention to the detail is impressive. Everything is designed so you feel like back in time. The staff is always there for you and they do a very good job. They also recommend you some restaurants in town and we had an amazing dinner experience. We’ll defo come back soon.

If I could give this property higher than 10 I would!! Honestly one of the best experiences/hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I travel a LOT, especially with being a flight attendant. The staff went above and beyond with absolutely everything for us, I’ve never had a hotel make a difference in a trip but this was definitely the first time! We could not thank them enough, they were amazing and so friendly/helpful. Even the little things like when we were having a drink, they saw and brought us out some chips and olives. Breakfast was amazing, such a large selection and the croissants were unreal. The grounds were stunning, such a beautiful property and place, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. I could go on and on, I highly highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely nothing, was perfect!

The architecture was magnificent. Like in the medieval palace. We felt like distinguished personas. The breakfast was wonderful, their own parking lot and garden was very good. It was quite.

Uncomfortable and hard pillows. Тhe wardrobe was very tall and it was impossible to reach the hangers without climbing on a chair or commode. The 2 bottles of water in the room wasn't a compliment, there was other paid items in the breakfast too (ok, they are unique for the place), but this wasn't mentioned on or near them on the table and realise that we should pay for them when we left the hotel. There was a smell of cows or dungs in the garden and it wasn't very nice to stay and eat outside. Sometimes we should close the windows of the room because of it.

Location excellent with great parking (9 euros) in the enclosed courtyard. Lovely villa with a lot of history. Staff was very friendly and loved our little dog (12 euro extra). Good breakfast.

only thing that could have been better: there was only one pillow per person and a rather thin one would recommend to ask for a second pillow

This palazzo is super beautiful and charming! We are still in awe of this place and you can feel the history. It is well located in the quiet, beautiful Tuscan countryside. It is very well taken care of and very quiet. We would definitely return for a romantic getaway- I felt like a princess! If this is what you are looking for, this is it!

The pool is quite small and as it is an old property, you can hear other guests foodsteps on the wooden floor. In exchange, not very inconvenient in comparison of the beauty of this place.

Late night arrival and the communication for check in was great. ID sent via messenger, and videos provided with the route to our rooms. Keys in doors ready to go. Lovely rooms. Clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly when I did meet them at a more reasonable hour. The honesty bar is a nice touch and great for a small hotel such as this. The garden is beautiful so enjoyed sitting outside with a nice beer. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was great, but I missed the fresh warm boiled eggs on the second day. Day 2 there were cold ones only :( only complaint and that’s pretty minor.

- Our rooms was in another area of hotel itself, please note; a lot of stairs and no elevator. - There was not that much to do around the hotel itself. It is a 15min walk to the village nearby.
