Absolutely gorgeous place! All was perfect! Owner is very kind and nice! I come only to this place in future as it was my best experience in Brescia until now! Perfect location, all nice, very cozy room and view to garden! I was really impressed and felt here like home!

I really liked the hotel. We were glad to meet the host. He charmed us, very positive and sincere. Powerful positive energy emanates from him. I was incredibly impressed by the interior design of the hotel. The room has everything you need, you feel that the guests are taken care of here. Cozy like at home. Very convenient location in the center of the old town and attractions. We will definitely come back here again. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel at least once.

The location was excellent and very peaceful. It's on a side street with minimal traffic. The B&B was very pleasant and homie and the facilities were pretty good. It was clean and our host was very friendly and informative about the area.

We wished the kitchen was a bit more usable - there was a stove but no accompanying pots or pans. I don't think is was functional. The bed frame was extremely loose which led to a loud knocking noise anytime we were in bed.

I thought this B&B was very cozy and welcoming, even though the check-in was done over the phone with the owner. I liked the breakfast selection and I found the facilities to be very clean, especially in the bathroom and bedroom. Lots of small touches throughout the B&B (e.g., water bottle, towels provided, shampoo, extra blanket, etc.) made my stay enjoyable.

I had some trouble checking-in as I couldn't get in touch with the owner. However, once I did, everything went smoothly.

A great small bed and breakfast right in the centre of town, and a short walk from most museums and from the Roman remains. The price was great, with the only (slight) compromise being a shared bathroom rather than a private en-suite. I was ok with this given the price and location. A simple and adequate breakfast is included in the price, and is self-service. My room was small but comfortable.

We had a great stay. Such a nice place. Very quiet. Lovely old house in the old part of town, which is nicely redecorated. Stefano the manager was so nice and helpful. We felt really welcome. A really Italian experience. Thank you so much.

Perfectly comfortable, charming and useful. Both the place itself and Stefano who takes care of it. It's a home and you feel it.

Not a problem for me but it's Italy, don't expect to park your car nearby, that's not gonna happen.

The owner should talk with the other guest because the night I was there, at 12:00 pm some one entrance and make a lot of noise and smoke in the kitchen ans leave things dirty

Amazing location, clean room, and friendly staff.

The room was a bit on the small side, but not too bad.

Everything, the breakfast is especially nice.

Nothing really, make sure to close windows for the heat and mosquitos in summer but that's it.
