A very unexpected luxurious stay. Everything about this place was exceptional. If there’s one place you stay in the Dolomites then this is the place! A 45 minute drive into Ortisei which was perfect. The lodge itself had everything you could think of. From a pool, to roof top sofas and lounges to relax. The views from the rooftop was exceptional - huge mountains all around. A great stay for your mental health and well being. The room we chose was spacious, the bathroom was beautifully designed and very clean. The view from my balcony was awe dropping and I didn’t want to leave! Stargazing at night was exceptional. This hotel truly was a 10/10 stay and one of the bests I’ve stayed in so far! They also give free cable car tickets to visit the mountain that’s towering behind the lodge. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating which made the stay even better. I believe a husband and wife are running the place - hats off to you both for creating such a serene, luxurious stay. I will be back for sure❤️ . This place was our central location for the dolomites to visit Ortisie and then drove back down hitting all the famous landscapes!

Everything was exceptional!

Very nice, looking-new and perfectly clean hotel with amazing cousine and spa. You will really enjoy both breakfasts and splending dinners after relaxing time in spa (jacuzzi, pool, saunas). Very kind and helpful personnel, simply you will want to return soon.

Eventhough switching off heating, room was seriously overheated maybe from closeby family swimming pool, so you need to have open window day and night. Still better vs if there is cold, so no major issue.

Very good small hotel with very attentive staff and good facilities in the good location. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and in the region. We used service to hire e-bikes for ride one day, it was convenient. Swimming pools are of a good size and with good amount of lounges.

When we stayed it was very hot weather, while rooms had air conditioning installed it took a while to cool down the rooms. Fruit selection for breakfast could have been wider, saying that, choices for breakfast were good. Occasionally long wait for coffee machines.

Very nice hotel, professional staff. We had half-board, and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Absolutely great food. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. We were travelling with an 3-year old child, and nothing was missing for him. There is a small playground in the yard, and a playroom in the hotel. We even got a free room upgrade. Spa centre is really nice, and there is a family pool on the rooftop. The village centre and cable car to the ski resort are close, maybe 200 m away. Absoulte recommendation, we will come back for sure.

It was clean, up to date and close to the Seilbahn. I loved the view of the Alps from my magnificent balcony!

There was no signage on the dining room of the hours. The purple lighting in the bathroom - although it set an ambience - I was not the target of that ambience! Haha!

We had wonderful time in this hotel. Staff were so helpful and dinner was amazing. We are going to come back this hotel in next year.

They only don't have good tipe of pillow. They are too high or too low. Maybe they can change this

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and modern but the ventilator was quite loud. The spa area was rather small but sufficient.

AC room worked. Modern. The meal choice was many.

On check in, we were given a room with no AC so we had to change room to match our booking. This was unpleasant. This was compensated when an AC room was also given to the second room occupant who arrived just in time for dinner. That was nice. The breakfast selection was disappointing. The ingress, egress and the slope of the parking ramp was a bit harrowing.

Ideal for a relaxing vacation, comfortable and spacious room, big spa with beautiful outdoor pool, excellent food and attentive staff, we loved it.
