The owners are very friendly. They helped us with every question or problem we had. The communication was very good and quick. The room is in a busy neighborhood but the building is located in a more quiet side street. That helps a lot to have less noise from the traffic. The elevator was very welcome because we had a lot of luggage. The room is modern and clean. The airconditioning was really needed because it was very hot.

We had problems with the wifi in our room dropping out from time to time. Personally we didn't like the neighborhood so much. It's very busy and feels cramped, but maybe that's typical for Naples?

The property was very clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast is served at a nearby café, offering high-quality products. Free sweets and coffee are available at any time in the shared kitchen. The excellent pizzeria "Oliva" is also nearby and truly deserves five stars. I would gladly visit again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Mario and his mum were lovely hosts. The B&B had been modernised to a high standard, there is an are where you can help yourself to tea and coffee. This is a lovely touch. Central location, 10 minutes walk to train and bus station, we used both to visit Pompeii and Hurculaneum

The stay was comfortable as the rooms were clean and new.Location was also walking distance from centre and our host marco and her mother were really sweet and helpfull.They also provided us a airport shuttle ar good price as we were staying only one night for our flight.They also provided us with fresh fruits for our welcome.The building also has a lift.

Our stay at B&B Casa Rubino was excellent. Mario was really kind and helpful host. We used the service of the shuttle from the airport and Mario picked us in front of the arrivals and gave us a ride to the B&B. The price of the shuttle is bit high (25€), on the other hand it was more comfortable then the public transport. Then again when we were leaving he took us to the airport, even when it was at 5am. The room was clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast was delicious. You could choose between sweet and salty breakfast (or both).

The location is not so close to the historic centre, but it is about 20 minutes by walk and the area was quite dirty and we were afraid there at night, but I would say that it is almost everywhere in the Naples. :D

Mario welcomed us and was very helpful from our first interaction one day prior to our arrival. The room was beautifully designed,the bed was comfortable and bathroom was as nice. The breakfast card in a bakery nearby is a good idea. The neighbourhood was quiet at the night and located 10’ minutes away from the Train Station by foot. All in all the room was perfect for our short stay in Naples. Once again thanks Mario for your hospitality.

Absolutely loved it! Ada and Mario are the friendliest people, excellent hosts and gave super recommendation. Room was modern, very confortable with a small balcony, very clean and a perfect place for relaxing after a day exploring. Also excelent position to reach out the center. Definetely will come back!

Lovely host that really tries to help his guests and is very flexible. Did us a pack up breakfast because we were leaving early. Beautiful modern interior. 5 minutes walk to the unofficial 182 bus to the airport. 20 minutes walk from Garibaldi and Centrale station.

Hard to get in the front vestibule of the property. A resident let us in after 15 minutes of panicked waiting. Probably us being daft.

Beautifully furnished and spacious room for three, with extremely comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Room has a cute balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Very tidy. The hosts are nice, and if needed, they can organize a transfer to and from the airport.

The breakfast is solid, but the offer could be a little more diverse. Breakfast is served in groups at a specific time, which was acceptable to us, but if you like to sleep longer...

Ada and Mario were great hosts. They went out of their way to help in any way they could. The room was modern, quiet, comfortable and spotless clean with working A/C and amazing bed. We got some great recommendations regarding restaurants, sightseeing and transport. Our stay with them exceeded our expectations and would come back !
