The service that we got from Massimo was beyond expectations even though his English is not perfect, The place is super clean, everything new and in a great condition, the pool was very nice, we also liked the breakfast, I traveled with a family and we all enjoyed , I defensively can recommend that place!

Need a car to get to the town, it will be a little tricky to get to the town or the train station by foot.

Massimo is a top host and a genuine, nice guy, his wife was also the same. They really made you feel welcome for the whole stay. The pool is the highlight for me, with a swim up bar and in beautiful grounds. Also the breakfast was superb. Excellent place to unwind and relax, ten mins into town by car and you have beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Only an hour from Rome this was a great find for the price.

I looked on the map before going and it shows a bus stop but there is no busses. I would reccomend hiring a car, we didnt as we just wanted to relax by the pool anyway. We were very grateful that a local guy took us into town now n again for a price. Could maybe do with a microwave to cook in the evening.

The Rose. The Rose is a lovely B & B located close to the town of Netumo which merges into Anzio along the coast. The Property is set in its own immaculate, private garden with on-site parking accessed via electric remote operated gates. Our room, separate from the main house and semi-detached with another room, was perfectly clean, pristine and new looking throughout with everything we could have wanted including a TV, drinks fridge (with wine and beer) and hair dryer. All the fittings and fixtures were of a very high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good coffee, toast and cereal etc. Less than an hour's drive from the Rome airports. Our host was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing

The facilities of Le Rose are great. We enjoyed as family with 2 kids, and they had a lot funny and loved all around. Thanks to Massimo and Lorena for making our stay enjoyable!..

Property is beautiful well manicured. Rooms are modern, large and extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent. In my twelve years traveling in Italy this was the best property we stayed at. You need a car, but it is only minutes from Anzio and Nettuno. Host and staff great.

The place was amazing Massimo was so helpful and kind . The rooms were large very clean .the gardens and pool area were fabulous and we had a lovely relaxing stay .

It was just a little out of town however Massimo organised taxis for us who were efficient
