Amazing staff, common areas are still stunning, very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast

I was there 10 years ago and I felt that the overall quality made a step back. The room lacks maintenance. 2 electric plugs were broken, the cable of the tv was partially broken, the hair dryer was broken too.

Just passing through and chose this due to its relative proximity to Naples Airport. And that worked well for us. Easy arrival. Safe, overnight parking. Decent restaurant. Lovely big cool room. Good sleep, quick breakfast and easily away in the morning to catch our plane.

Quiet, friendly staff to check in and response to our message that the television was not working in two minutes, breakfast was very good, great coffee as well

Only one criticism, I asked about parking when I booked and they responded by message that it would not incur any extra cost but when I checked out next morning reception staff asked for five euros. I said it had been free but she challenged that and demanded the five euros.

As I charged my car I felt they could have waived the parking fee. But I didn’t question it just a thought - 0.8 eur / kw on the 22 charge unit was a bit expensive. (0.6 at the previous BW in Trento on similar thing)

Beautiful hotel, so peaceful , a mix of old and new decor. You do need a car for exploring or organise transfers in advance.

Overall the hotel is nice and has good value for money if you need a short stay in Nola. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel offered a shuttle service to Nola station, which was nice. The location is what you expect it to be - you should have a car. They also accepted our small dog free of charge.

My reservation says the room I booked should be 35 sqm. But in fact, the rooms are much smaller (something around 20-22 sqm only, not more). As one of the reasons why we booked it was the size of the room, it was really disappointing the room is much smaller than advertised. The difference is huge and real size of the room should be advertised.

Excellent hotel, clean and modern. The only drawback was very strong air conditioning in the room

One night stay on our drive down to Calabria. A bit tired design, but very functional and very clean. Convenient location.

Bathrooms could be modernised.

The renovated rooms are good, it is underground parking included (if you find a place), friendly stuff, in-house restaurant
