I know this area very well – I’ve explored it thoroughly over the years – and I can confidently say that Masseria del Carrubo is the best choice you can make. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed, but what truly stood out for me was the private garden: a peaceful spot with an unmatched sunset view. I especially appreciated the privacy it offered – perfect for relaxing in total tranquility. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Sam at the bar, who made one of the best Aperol Spritzes I’ve ever had – absolutely delicious! Without a doubt, a place I’ll return to.

Amazing Masseria and top notch service. Located slightly out of Noto (20-25 mins by car) on a small hill. Secluded and quiet but full of any service. Spacious rooms, huge floor-to-ceiling bathrooms, nice details in the furniture (loved the wooden chaise longue), little garden with Jacuzzi in our Executive Suite where we enjoyed a fantastic sunset. Great swimming pool and garden to sunbath along with a small bar with a good selection of wine bottles. Terrific breakfast at an extra cost, but worth it. Perfect to stay to relax or to unwind after a busy day around the area. Excellent staff since the check-in communication. Thumbs up!

Great place! Nicely restored and comfortably set on the top of the hill. Great view! Optional breakfast was very good, with various options both sweet and savoury. Each room has a small garden with chairs and table. Snacking option at the pool bar - good salad, toasts. You can cook / prepare some meals in your own kitchenette. Supermarkets are placed in the Rossellini - 7 min drive. Short distance to neighbouring vineyards, beach & Marzamemi. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Give people warning about watering of the garden area at early morning. First night all our clothes & towels we left outside were wet.

Room was spacious and the surroundings were incredibly charming. The pool area (although we didn’t use it) looked fantastic too. Each room has a cute little garden. Parking is available which is extremely useful as we had a car (it is necessary if you decide to stay here and to travel around in Sicily in general). Location is perfect to visit the nearby towns and the beach. Personnel was lovely and offered lots of recommendations. Would recommend and come back!

It’s such a shame that the breakfast is so pricey. You can get a great Italian style breakfast elsewhere for about 1/3 of the price so we decided to do that although the breakfast location was lovely and we would have loved to try it! Another small note is that we have been given an accessible room, which is less nice compared to the other rooms due to its features. It wasn’t a problem as it was very spacious and still nice but we were told we had been given an “upgrade” which we think wasn’t really the case.

The venue is very beautiful, building and interior are very tasteful and the team here is really exceptional: super nice people, helpful, responsive, and kind, creating a very special and genuinely welcoming atmosphere. (And I got a free language course over the excellent breakfast.) Thank you Team Masseria del Carrubo, well done!

Very nice place. Rooms are comfortable. We traveled with kids (age 6 & 9) and the pool and jacuzzi were main attractions. Breakfast was good and the lady who served the food was full of energy and smiles.

Only thing i would say to consider when staying there is that the pool is deep, about 1,5m. My kids know how to swim but when traveling with younger kids this should be taken into account.

It’s a gorgeous property. In the country side, surrounded by olive tree orchards and wine yards and the wild Sicilian countryside. Twenty minutes drive from a great beach - spacious beautifully designed clean room, a great large pool area and bar and everything is tasteful.

They do need to extend food offering to include a simple lunch or open the pool bar earlier. It opens at 3/330 pm and you get food around 4 pm - since we arrived after breakfast and before lunch with no food option at the site or delivery (start 5 pm) that was a bit of a struggle …

Not really fault of the property but quite a few flies during breakfast in our garden. It is in a farming area so is just part of it. If possible I would have liked that there is an option to book dinner more frequently at the property.

Beautiful masseria , élégant design , very clean, full of perfumes and gorgeous flowers and plants (mid-april) Staff very kind and accommodating . Extremely comfortable beds and pillows . Pool and jacuzzi very clean and well entertained.

The bfast was a bit too expensive if you stay for a week.
