Stunning sea views from the balcony, lovely outside space with plenty of sun loungers. A few steps from the sea and a couple of minutes stroll from the port/ restaurants. Friendly staff. A great add on to Tuscany/ Umbria for a few days chilling. Less than two hours to Rome Fiumicino airport. Well worth spending a little extra for a balcony with sea view. Pretty much perfect. Talamone is lovely if you want a traditional feel and Porto Ercole and the Argentario peninsula, about 30 minutes south, also great for a day trip. For what you get we thought the price was good value (early October).

Bathroom is compact but well worth the trade off.

The property location is breathtaking. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the overall feel of the stay is very relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. We enjoyed an amazing stay. A special shout out to Alessandro and Barbara at the desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay special and Donatella and Antonella who greeted us every morning at breakfast and served coffees, afternoon espressos and drinks to accompany the beautiful views and sunsets. Would most definitely return.

There wasn’t anything that I did not like about the property.

Amazing location, on top of a hill and overlooking the cliffs. The building is from the 1960s and has a very interesting circular shape. There are some sun beds on a few platforms between the hotel and the beach and they are very comfortable and great for aperitivo at sunset.

Breakfast could be definitely improved. Average quality and limited choices. The room was even smaller than expected and the bathroom was slightly larger than a plane’s toilet. This is unacceptable considering the rates, especially in summer. The hotel has so much potential given its location but, at present, is definitely not worth the money.

The location is fabulous, the rooms have amazing sea views. Good breakfast and the breakfast/bar staff were most kind and helpful. The hotel outside lounging facilities are also lovely. Great parking facilities and super easy to reach from the main road.

We staid in a twin which was charming but quite small so the bathroom space was limited and a bit tired. The bathrooms would benefit from a refresh, including the make of proper shower facilities. The hotel should tighten the rules on use of lounge deck chairs - we saw guests waking up at 6 am and leaving their towels to ‘book’ one, only to come back at 11 am to actually spend some time there. This is a truly uncivil practice that the hotel should attempt to manage. The stairwell to the beach is dangerous and needs to be repaved.

The setting is so beautiful, on the cliff above the sea. Our room opened up onto a little sitting area with a view. There are many lounge chairs around the property. Get out early to claim one, as people stay for the whole day! You can base yourself there and head down to the beach for a swim. Our room was large and clean and so quiet! We didn't have breakfast at the property, but instead chose to walk the few minutes into town for a coffee from a cafe and some amazing bread and muffins from the panificio (which is even open on Sunday morning!).

The views were incredible, the breakfast was very convenient! Reception was always helpful. Best part was Mr Alessandro from reception. He was the kindest, most welcoming, accommodating, helpful, smartest, and compassionate person we’ve ever run into while travelling. We are beyond impressed to have been introduced and appreciated by Alessandro.

There were barely any taxi or driver services to and from the hotel. Unaccommodating for travellers without a car unfortunately.

The location is AMAZING, the views lovely, the ocean water superb for swimming and there is a lovely little beach restaurant at the bottom of the stairs. We always enjoy breakfast in the garden, and aperitivo overlooking the cliffs.

Not so much a problem, but fair warning - be aware the rooms are very cozy - they are clean and comfy, but the bathrooms are basically a wet room and you really don’t want to take more baggage than a single carry on into the room. A perfect weekender, but might be cramped for longer stays.

The location was amazing with fantastic views and access via steps to the sea. Breakfast was comprehensive and very good. Alessandro the night receptionist, was very helpful and good company.

The hotel does not provide any meals except breakfast at the moment. Also our room was very small with 2 single beds but not an issue as we were only there for 2 nights.

Breakfast was often limited and items running and not restocked throughout the sitting period. Going in the middle of the sitting there was limited food left. Rooms quite dusty, dirt under the beds. Not acceptable for the price paid. Not enough umbrellas in the sun lounger area

The location and panoramic views from the hotel are spectacular. The grounds are kept immaculate with interesting plants (didn't even notice the fig tree till our last day there). Its a very short walk to a small downtown with some good restaurants and shops. The place is great.
