Francesco was very friendly and welcoming! The room was in a nice size with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and some snacks. Bed was very comfy and the small balcony was nice too. Bedsheets and towels were very clean! The room was also very quiet!

The shower in our room needs to be fixed since you couldn't change the position of the water. If you only have water coming from the shower from the top and you are very sandy from the beach, it can be challenging. Also, a used soap was forgotten in the shower.

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Room and bathroom were great. We had all we needed. You could see that Francesco and his family really care about their guests and about the whole place. Communication was perfect. Francesco welcomed us, explained everything and gave us a lot of tips for places around. Location is excellent, very close to the city center (400 meters by walk), but it is still quite place. Highly recommended!

Bright airy room with access to a private patio area. Prepared breakfast trays were a nice touch.

Bit of confusion over our arrival but fortunately resolved. While we didn't need laundry facilities we were not made aware of their location.

My stay at 4 rooms was gr8! The room and all the flat vas beautifull and very well equipped, and Marcella the owner also very friendly and helpfull! I didn´t even expect such a nice room!! It´s like a 5* hotel!!! :D Grazie mille ancora, é stato bellissimo!!

The neighbourhood of the house itself doesnt´t look nice (that´s why the flat was such a nice surprise;), however, it is very close to the historic city.

Rooms are huge, and very clean. Marcella is great host, and we really enjoyed staying at her Guesthouse. You have everything you will need, from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies. Will come back again if we visit Sardinia!

Everything was super clean when we arrived. Nothing to say except to thank and congratulate the hosts.
