The environment was great Right up in the hillside. Very restful. Pool open in mid October was very good. We had a good but rather pricey meal in the restaurant. Breakfasts were very good.

We had a suite but did not realise it had bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Perhaps a clear warning to older guys who get up a lot in the night. Whilst the location is a good point it is a little isolated with a steep and winding approach. Once down at sea level one tended to stay there until the end of the day. Unfortunately in the local area a lot of eating places were shut up in mid October.

The hotel was fine, the room comfortable, the bed was great! The bathroom was ok, the shower a bit small, at least in the room we got (#209). I mean it was fine. Breakfast was simple but had the best croissants! You could ask for "real coffee". The garden was beautiful!

The shower! A bit expensive for the room...

Big room

Staff, breakfast, noise.... We arrived at 20.30 and we would like to eat in the restaurant, but the receptionist said it is a bit late (the restaurant was open at least an hour more) and that she can ask, but that is also some party there and probably it would disturb us. It felt like they didn't want us in the restaurat, so I rather said she doesn't need to ask. She said we can find a restaurant in the city. In the night there was a big noise because of the party so it was really hard to sleep...obviously the walls are not insulated. I understand people are having party....but some guests of hotel would also like to sleep at night... Also there were too many sweet dishes for breakfast and just 1 sort of cheese and 2 sort of salami...that was all of salty dishes. No bread except toast...

The night receptionist was kind enough to change our room after we complained about the noise. There was a good selection of fresh fruit available at breakfast. The room was clean and bed was comfy. I liked the firm mattress.

Only one of four receptionists we spoke to was able to communicate in English. The hotel itself was probably half empty, but there was some kind of party in the afternoon where local kids completely took over the entire pool area, making it quite unpleasant for the hotel guests to use the pool. When we came back from dinner in the evening we found the hotel restaurant blasting hits of the 90s and 2000s until midnight. It was so loud it could be heard all the way up in the 2nd floor through two doors. Fortunately it was possible to change the room to a slightly more quiet wing of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to couples. looking for a quiet stay. It seems they are hosting lots of events for the local community cause the hotel business isn't going too well.

Pool. Welcoming when I arrived. The room was clean. Plenty of parking space.

During nighttime you could clearly hear the plates and people talking from the restaurant underneath. Bad smell in the room. Opening the window wasn't helpfull because the chimney from the restaurant ended right before it. Furthermore the foodsmell from the reastaurant collected in the room. Dinner food in the restaurant was awfull. Breakfast toast machine was really dirty despite me beeing the first in the room. Furthermore the bed and pillow were really hard. Felt more like in a camper. This was my worst stay in Sardegna so far. Which is really sad because the hotel has so much potential.
