Absolutely beautiful resort — very clean, with lovely grounds and beautifully maintained gardens offering plenty of space to walk. The rooms were spacious, cleaned daily, and had beautiful balconies leading out to the garden. There was great access to the seaside, and while the buffet had limited choices, the food was reasonable and we could always find something to eat. Most guests were Italian tourists, and sometimes the shows weren’t available or were hard to follow unless you spoke Italian. However, there was beautiful live music and space to dance.

The only downside was the long queues at reception, as almost everything seemed to take a while to process, but the hotel staff were very responsive when it came to repairs and other needs.

The same and quite poor breakfast every day without different variety , animation wasn’t oriented on the non-Italian speaking guests, no possibility to take iron in the room like in all other hotels , you need to pay for the service

Wonderful place. Very nice service. Everything close,, nice beach, sun loungers, swimming pool, good animations, for families especialy for Kinds. Good food. Generally, I recommend this place, especially for families with children. I will want to go back there. Good standard of tennis courts. I played every day. It's worth having your own equipment.

Unfortunately, there was no organization of the transfer to the airport and poor communication. Even we had 4 days to receive positive information about the transfer, we finally got a taxi for 50% more because the hotel was unable to arrange a transfer to Olbi despite positive information earlier.

The food. Worst we have ever experienced. We understand that Sardinians diet is relatively plain but as a hotel catering to tourists from world over they really need to do better.

The property is a whole resort with multiple fabulous pools and a private beach, it was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, the food was good with lots of variety.

Often the hot food was not that hot is the only downside for me.

we had to switch rooms because the AC was out in our room. The staff made that happen right away.

honestly, everything was good. maybe just that the restaurant could get very loud during meal times. also, not all staff speaks English. if you don’t have a bit of Italian it may get challenging some times
