The property is simply stunning, developed as terraces on the Costa Viola, every corner provides a beautiful pick at the sea… absolutely comparable to costiera amalfitana in my opinion. Rooms a large and comfortable. Swimming pool, breakfast and restaurants (two!) are also stunning and well organized. The staff is present, attentive and very professional. Ideal for adults and romantic gateways, but we also enjoyed as a family with small children.

Every room has a terrace with sea view. On our terrace though there was a bush so tall that prevented to look at the sea while seated and. You had to stand to actually see the panorama! Also the rooms are not exactly baby proofed. I understand they cannot ever be entirely and it is not a requirement, but some very sharp corners on the mirror or the television hanging on the cot could be easily avoided.

This hotel is in the most gorgeous location with wonderful views over the sea towards Stromboli, Lipari, Volcano and Sicily. The room was very attractive, well equipped and comfortable and there is a lovely small pool situated in a garden. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and there was even an electric charger for our car. We especially enjoyed dinner on the terrace overlooking that amazing view - just idyllic!

The only very slight issue was one outside the control of the hotel - the access to the hotel is steep and our GPS seemed to send us along a rather torturous route both on arrival and on leaving. It was well worth it though :-)

Little jewel on the coast cliff with the most wonderful view and excellent accommodation. The reception staff are excellent and willing to assist in making your stay very memorable. I stayed for one night as part of a motorbike tour and wished I had the time for another day but my programme meant I needed to depart to continue my journey to Sicily. The room I had booked with a sea view was clean and very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. It is very evident that the hotel has high standards and this shows from the staffs interaction with guests, rooms, staff uniforms, hotel decor and restaurant. I did dine at the hotel and the food/experience was excellent with reasonable prices based on the high quality food prepared. The breakfast choice was large and varied and an experience enjoyed more so with a wonderful sea view and also of Sicily in the distance. The grounds, trees and flowers surrounding the hotel make the place like a little secluded oasis and I was sorry to leave but would visit again without a doubt if I was ever in the area again. For those riding motorbikes please be in mind that though the hill/entrance drive is steep, it is easily manageable with those that have a few Years riding experience and it should in no way put you off if you wish to book/visit/stay.

Nice grounds and great view of the sea/coast. Attentive staff in the bar (evening) and the 'breakfast chef'.

A bit dated generally and a bit of a trek to the beach. Communication was rather tricky through the booking app and we were asked for a review the day before we stayed there.The pool was closed, (the booking info suggested it 'could' be closed) but only big enough for perhaps a dozen people, and the hotel is pretty big.

I loved the place, the room, the views and the breakfast! Special kudos to the staff - from the reception lady to the chef who made us eggs for breakfast, the barista for making us great coffee…they were all so welcoming and kind! Grazie mille a tutti!

The magnificent views. The room. The balcony. The pool. The parking. The food. The personal export to our room.

To many steps. Shower wasn't very clean. Waiting staff were quite slow considering they weren't that busy. No cocktails.

The views are magnificent.. The gardens were beautiful.. The grounds were amazing. The Staff were extremely helpful. Lovely restaurant and balcony views. Breakfast had an abundance of things to eat.

I can't pinpoint anything.

The hotel is excellent for relaxing, good breakfast, friendly stuff,...

Ordering one small and one large cappuccino costs extra coperto, so two cappuccino costed 13 Euros finally, which is expensive. The argument was that it's everywhere in Italy like this with coperto. But this happened never before in Italy that you need to pay coperto for a coffee. Then at easter Monday, we asked if shops are open and it was confirmed by reception, that all shops in Calabria are open normally. Finally we were not able to find anywhere any shop or restaurant open, even not in the capital Consenza, a single restaurant was open.

The resort was fantastic. The view from the balcony during breakfast and especially sunset is spectacular.

Whilst transport is easy to arrange you can't really walk to the local tourist spots.

This property is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at.
