The property is well located near the town square, easy to find and within walking distance to most areas of Palmi. Check - In was simple with the digital key and Marco ensured we had full directions on this and breakfast next door before we arrived. Room is small but adequate for a few nights stay, bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well and shower was fine. People in town are generally friendly with many great spots to sit and people watch.

Lovely attic in city center close to all shops and restaurants. Good breakfast at the bar downstairs (I suggest to taste the cannolo siciliano,it’s very good) Very good service provided by staff. It’s very clean and bed is comfy. Complementary coffee and water provided is a plus 😍.Aircon works well and it is not noisy! From Palmi train station there is a shuttle bus (see ppm website for time tables) to reach the accommodation. (15-20mins)

Nothing all perfect

The room was all right/tidy, nicely decorated. Good shower and bed. The small fridge can be practical. The Location is excellent –in the centre, next to the Piazza Amendola. The breakfast is provided by a caffetteria nearby. It’s a coffee and a croissant, which tasted great and suffice for me. (There’s also free coffee and cookies in the B&B itself.)

Nothing significantly bad to remark, actually!

Great location for walking in the town. Trails looked to be easy to access but didn't go there. Proprietor was attentive by phone. Breakfast was immediately next door. Ample street parking.

Didn’t appreciate having no water overnight and no heads up given Apparently the water goes off every night but finding out when you get back you can’t have shower nor brush your teeth at 1am was not pleasant without being notified Seems this property doesn’t have water tank like other locations but at least they can do is let guests know so no surprise

central location in Palmi, small and proper room sufficient for 1-3 nights, very good price-performance ratio, the air condition device was sufficient

Check in by online application, not easy, as well the main door could only be opened by online app. For breakfast, there was only the option of making coffee

Clean room. Good breakfast (one croissant + a coffee)

Small room and bathroom but it was ok for a one night stay.  No bidet in the bathroom. No parking, you have to find a place in the street (to pay) The staff was so loud in the morning that they woke us up. Then they knocked at our door at 9am to see if they could come to clean the room, we said no, we weren't ready. But then they came again at 9.30am... checkout time was at 10am !!!

when we arrived no one opened the door to us. no one answered the phone. we had to call the booking.com customer service to assist us. the owner also demanded city tax which is not included in the booking - 2eur per person (take this into consideration before booking the place).
