Such a nice, clean, well organized hotel with very gentle and helpful staff. Hotel is situated in the most wonderful environment with great view to the sea and the mountains. We had a rental car, which was optimal for going sightseeing and out for dinner. However, the restaurant at the hotel serves delicious dinner and the breakfast buffet is brilliant. We went in June and even if the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded and there was no problem to get a nice place by the pool.

I am used to a soft madras in my bed, so only little thing was that the madras was a bit hard.

Helpful with booking amendment. Nice grounds and swimming pool (although we didn't get time to use it). View from terrace in front of room spectacular, although slightly polluted by swimming pool gazebo roof. Decent sized room. Nice linen and pillows. Plenty of hot water and shower pressure. Room serviced daily very nicely and at a convenient time. Good room safe. Would recommend for the area provided you have a car.

Bed mattress too hard (might be an Italian thing?).Design of shower screen (led to bathroom floor getting a bit flooded). Building design doesn't take full advantage of great views due to small windows. Room we were assigned was above swimming pool and lacked privacy if curtains open. No insect screens on windows or doors so had to keep closed or deal with mosquitos.

Clean facilities and nice pool area. Dinner was also very good. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Takes 2 minutes by car to get to the beach, 10 minutes to Mongiove Spiaggia e Grotte di Valle Tindari, 20 mins to Spiaggia di Marinello, and restaurants are scattered all around the hotel. It felt quite ok to get there by car, despite of the ~2 hrs Maps estimate.

Never seen „Soundproofing“ as a pricing factor before, and it really makes a difference.

Rooms and views were outstanding, pool, restaurant and grounds were also incredibly well kept. Staff could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. They are to be commended on their attentiveness...

Pool was freezing but then our trip was at the end of October :-) Only one English speaking tv channel. Plug sockets need more thought for travellers needing adaptors.

We spent 4 Perfect days here with 2 teenage kids and were very satisfied. Beautiful , clean and stylish properly with perfect pool area. Beautiful sunset over Infinity pool during each dinner served outside. Btw. dinner - excellent 3 course alacarte dinner was included in our halfboatd- definitelly Perfect value for money👍 - they served f.e. steaks, excelent fish dishes, good local pasta etc Even if located on a hill, the hotel has also some sunbeds in a nice beach bar , which is just 2 min drive, on one of the nicest beaches we have found in the area- vulcano sand combined with nice rock firmation and clear water! I definitelly suggest to visit the beach.

Breakfast - we have missed more vegetables ( no fresh tomatos, paprika, cucumber..) and less local cheese ( only emental and grana padano) Sometimes a little chaotic staff in restaurant. Noise isolation in room/ entrace door is missing - you will hear each noise from the floor if there an active cleaning lady in the morning or your neighbour comes back late night 🤪

Staff were amazing. They all work so hard, from cleaning staff to reception. All speak perfect English too. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. The pool was stunning. The food was a gastronomic affair! So so good. White wine was delicious - the sommelier explained the perfect accompaniment each evening to pair with our evening meal. Breakfast was plentiful and so much choice.

Shower was small and very slippery. Could have done with a non slip mat for shower. Water leaked out all over bathroom floor too. The wasps!! Loads of them at breakfast and during the day. I would recommend getting lots of waspinators (on Amazon) to hang around food area to attempt to prevent them. It doesn’t make breakfast very comfortable as all over food!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing pool area and sea views! Professional and friendly staff🥰 and Giuseppe made the best cocktails we had all holiday! We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel several times and enjoyed the local produce and varied menu. Would definitely return x

Loved everything about the hotel!

The breakfast was amaizing, huge varity of food and fresh fruits. As well the restaurant in the evening was extraordinary. Staff was very friendly and heplful. Pool, rooms and whole hotel area was very clean.

The location could have been better. Without car it is difficult to make trips or go out for another restaurant.

A real 5-star experience in a quiet location. The waiters are so friendly and staff at check-in so helpful! The dinners are served as 3-course menu, truly expressive! I love the king suite where the view from the large terrace is fabulous! A memorizable stay.

Lovely modem rooms, ours had a good sized balcony at the front with beautiful views. Nice pool area and great staff. Great value for money

There was nothing not to like about the hotel. The only negative is that you really need a car to get about.
