The location was very central to the center of Penne. The breakfast was OK, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and several kinds of cookies and cake. The added value of this residence is that you have access to kitchen facilities 24/7, which is undoubtedly an added value. Especially if you are leaving early in the morning, you can use the kitchen facilities to prepare a coffee, soft drink and something small to eat before a long journey The bathroom/shower was clean and big

One should note that from the street into the residence there are outside steps and then another flight of stairs inside the home. Fortunately Giovanni was kind enough to carry my suitcase up the stairs.

Perfect location in a convenient and (mostly - see below) quiet part of town. An easy and pleasant walk to Penne's historical center. The room was very comfortable, offering a wonderful terrace to relax outside when the weather allows. The self-serve breakfast offerings were simple but suitable, and we were also offered savory items (bread, cheeses and salami meats) instead of simply dolce (sweet) treats. The kitchen was ideal for preparing/heating up leftovers or take-out in the evenings. Very nice bathroom facilities as well. Very clean, well maintained, and efficiently operated B&B. Highly recommended.

I'm fully aware that this is not the owner's problem, but the dog immediately next door was left outside and barked incessantly during the day. Fortunately, it did not occur at night so it didn't bother our sleeping. But I would recommend having a little talk with the dog's owner(s). It's really unacceptable in a densely populated neighborhood.

The location is excellent, an easy walk into Penne, and the hosts are lovely. Breakfast is very generous! The bathroom and shower are wonderful; the bed is extremely comfortable; the whole place is immaculately clean. We also had a private terrace, with wonderful views to the mountains.

You do hear some noise from the shared kitchen and dining room.

A very comfortable B&B in Penne with great views of the mountains. The facilities were modern and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was laid out for self service offering the usual fare.

I don't normally eat breakfast but everything one could want was there. Coffee, Tea, Yogurt, Fruit, small cakes. The room was impeccably clean. Teresa was a gracious host. She also provided maps which was helpful.

I loved this place. It was clean, newly renovated and its location perfect. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They also provided me vegan options for breakfast, without me even asking. I will definitely go back there!

Lovely peaceful, clean and spectacular view from our balcony. Provided water, fruits, many snacks and delicious coffee. Very kind and generous host. Definitely will come again.
