The host, Franco, went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. He was there to greet us and make sure we found the property without any issues. He spoke with the taxi driver to ensure we had a ride back to the train station upon our departure. He made dinner reservations and even took us to the store for a few initial items we needed. The place was beautifully furnished with everything needed for a wonderful stay in this gorgeous part of Italy. We found our way through the picturesque village to visit the places we chose. Franco was always available by text during our stay if we needed assistance. We fell in love with the area and it was one of the best parts of our tour of Italy.

Breakfast wasn’t provided but vouchers for a downtown cafe was provided. Also, ground coffee was provided to make it in the Moka Pot.

Everything is amazing, clean, the owner is such an angel. He’s done the check-in at 4 am, as our flight had to be diverted to Rome and we got in Loreto Aprutino 6 hours delayed. Franco (the owner) was such a sweetheart and helped us to get to the property, and kept messaging us asking if everything was ok. I’m amazed and recommend the B&B to everyone, absolutely great

Couldn’t praise this little place more if I wanted. If you are looking for a charming and personalised stay, then this is for you. Franco, the owner, could not have been more welcoming and helped us with simply everything.

A fan or a small AC unit in the kitchen would be appreciated

Il Lauro is in the heart of the quiet centro storico but close to the more modern Loreto Aprutino town center for restaurants, bars, etc. Absolutely fantastic host, Franco, gave us all the advice we needed about the area and in addition to a well stocked kitchen, he brought us wonderful fresh baked pastries every morning we were there. Very convenient, free parking a stone’s throw from the property.

The owners are very kind and friendly eventhough they speak english just little they are really helpfull. An appartment’s equipment and surrounding were outstanding. Grazie mille for the great breakfast. :-)

Franco the proprietor was so kind- he went above and.beyond to make us feel welcome! He personally came and retrieved us when we got lost...and treated us to wonderful items from the local bakery (yum).
