Every evening problem with hot water in the shower. Hot water was only in the morning. Somewhat thin walls so you can hear everything from the corridor.

I’d appreciate a bit more fruit at breakfast and some healthy granola instead of sugary choco pops but that’s a personal preference. There were eggs, pancetta and plenty of sweet options. Good yoghurt and coffee.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was especially impressed with the air conditioning in my room (something that's important to me.) I travel with a clock that has a built-in thermometer, since I don't trust hotel room thermostats. The room temperature was always within 1 degree or less than the setting, so I was always very comfortable. I was there for the Rossini Opera Festival, and the location was ideal for access to the performances.

Not 100% clean. I dropped some change on the floor some went under the bed. Not clean under bed. No safe.

The room was very spacious with balconies and we had a lovely view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with great selection to choose from. Location was excellent,close to beach and town centre.
