Typical Italian breakfast, we are used to it, lots of pastries. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the beach.Spacious furniture, with a useful mini fridge, comfortable bed, parquet floor which is very good. Renovated bathroom with a window in the shower, which is also very good for ventilation.

Considering it's Italy, maybe an effort should be made to have local cheeses at breakfast. The room didn't have a towel dryer, considering it's a seaside hotel. Useless space at the entrance occupied by a black synthetic sofa, a towel dryer could be placed there. The small terraces needed to be cleaned better, they were dusty and covered in cobwebs, and the swimsuit drying racks need to be replaced, they were excessively worn.

Staff were very helpful with our large bag as no lift from Parking Garage to Reception ( after that there was a lift of course ) . Room was great and 2 Single beds with firm pillows as requested . Breakfast was unexpectedly good with scrambled eggs and bacon in addition to all the usual Italian pastries etc and staff friendly . Breakfast until 10.30 am which was great . Restaurant was closed for the " winter " ( not mentioned on Booking . com ) . Shower area a bit small but still normal for this type of Hotel. Good work space . Great for an overnight stay en route to Puglia . Pesaro is very pleasant with masses of places to eat near the Hotel . Pre- arranged a later check out at 12 noon which was very nice of them

The Hotel advertised a room with a balcony but it is actually 2 Tiny balconies , not wide enough to put a chair on so a bit dissappointed .

Excellent receptionist, very helpful, who gave us an upgrade and local information. Excellent shower. BBC news channel. Housekeeping very good and done each morning promptly.

Breakfast was disappointing - no fresh fruit apart from some withered apples and oranges. The hot food was congealed and not topped up. No aircon due to local restrictions meant we had to have the window open at night and there was a lot of outside noise up to the early hours at the weekend.

Great location in front of the sea, close to the city centre and good restaurants. The personnel were really kind and helpful. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Also, very good breakfast.

It would be great if the fruit selection as well as the continental breakfast selection could be broader. Especially concerning vegetables choice.

is it too much to say everything? the location was incredible, the staff, Luca, Franco the employee that works nights, the lady with shoulder length dark hair.. they couldn’t have been more accommodating and wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles and a wonderful welcoming, positive attitude. They were incredibly laid back and helpful. My wife left a jacket at the hotel and they mailed it back to us in a timely manner. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and clean. We will be back time and time again. An absolutely wonderful experience

The price of parking at the hotel per night is a little steep but knowing that our vehicle was safe and that we didn’t have to run to a meter every now and then or park in a far away neighborhood does make up for it.

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff, room was very clean and a good standard. Can’t comment on breakfast or restaurant as was room only.

No drinks replenished in mini fridge in room- could be purchased from reception and one bottle of water was provided on check in, but at least a bottle of water per day would be good.

Room was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. The hot breakfast, bacon and scrambled eggs, could be improved. Lean rashers and option for fried eggs could be considered. The location and overall experience was great.

As mentioned above the hot breakfast could be improved.

Great location. Great breakfast. Great room - we had one with a large balcony on the first floor. Easy for beach and town.

Only problem was nothing to do with the hotel - the sea quality was poor for half our trip - so dirty you would not want to go in it.

My room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Great bathroom. Great and smart lighting. Great AC. All staff were very kind and friendly.

well… the parking is or for small cars (mini cooper or 500) or for skilled drivers … (we booked two lots and left one unused with parking outside the hotel)
