This beautiful property was lovely. It had a perfect location with charming aspects to the room, like the wood features and modern bathroom. The downstairs bar and breakfast area was charming with exceptional service and food. The fireplace was an added benefit in the winter weather.

The room could stand a few upgrades in the decorations and the bedding. There was also a strong fragrance electrical device that didn't need to be there that leaked a bit and stayed with the room.

Wow! What lovely people work here. We were on vacation in italy this august, and when we arrived in pescasseroli our car broke down. The lovely people at the help desk helped us talk to the italian roadwork assistance, and the next morning they helped us with the contact between us and the italian tow away truck. They even brought us to the village mechanic with their own car, and paid upfront for us. We ofcourse also stayed at the hotel, which was very clean and had a beautiful interior, also the breakfast was super tasty and well made. I would highly recommend this place and even more because of the people working there!

The breakfast was a Joke, especially for a 4 starts hotel. Very very bad. Prepackaged prosciutto and cheese, awful cappuccino. Also small bathroom, too hot in the room

Location is very close to the center of Pescasseroli offering the chance to take a stoll. The hotels style in line with the constructions age.

The main entrance for unloading luggage is poor, and the back parking is muddy and with no lights to trace the entrance. Hotel reception upon arrival was very poorly pleasant with little attention to the greetings and presented the room with no great expectation. As a matter of fact, a closet would have been bigger. The room was heated, but the bathroom was cold. This showed no attention from the reception of how unprofessional they have been with the customers' attention. Room during night became hot as hell. No sleep due to the heat and the terrible bed. A bed with a slope in the middle gave discomfort and felt like sleeping on a slope. Besides the no sleep at all. Room presented no info (map to the exit in case of emergency) such as leaflets to the city nor info on telephone facilities. Pen or paper 0. The phone had no trace to how contact reception nor emergency numbers were. Besides no information of the lift to reach the room, the room was paid 110 euros that were absolutely excessive. Once we left our IDs at reception, I had to ask the morning after to be given back, but unfortunately, night porter insisted it had been given to us. Suggested to check in the photocopier infact were let there. This could have caused huge damage. Therefore, property reception showed once again how bad interests had in us. We felt like Cindarella!!!! Due to work commitments informed reception, we could not attend paid breakfast. Not a single trace of offer showing the commitment paid. It was the worst experience ever had!
