Fantastic location between old town and the beach. Both sides you need to go „few” stairs, but it’s worth. Great thing was that from hotel you got voucher for umbrella and sunbeds on the beach as well as parking entry if you don’t want to walk to the beach (14mins to right sunbeds section. Brightest part of the hotel was of course lady from reception, very helpful and supportive, what we really appreciated. Breakfast was good everyone would find something for himself (dolce and salto). Nice small swimming pool but good place to stay in n afternoon and I almost forgot about view from balcony, it was fantastic

Perfect location between old town area and beach -although you need to walk back up many stairs-like much of hilly coastlines. Pool is perfect to cool off and relax. We enjoyed an aperitif near the pool in the evening. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean and tidy. Breakfast overlooking the coast is lovely in the morning. Parking onsite is great- approach slowly when you arrive so as not to have to do a 10min loop to get back as street is one way.

The staff was exceptional....excellent service. The property is very clean, well kept and well run. We had a sea view which was magnificent to watch sunsets right from our balcony sipping prosecco. The pool is clean but a bit small.

The breakfast selection was just ok. Everything was fresh and well prepared but it didn't offer a wide selection. The wifi was not very good especially from our balcony and the pool area.

Nice and bright room with great view of the beach. Easy parking, a good swimming pool and a very nice breakfast. It's our second time here, and we would be very happy to come again.

Perhaps a little more choice at breakfast, like muesli, eggs and bacon, but there was plenty of fresh fruit and superb croissants. The road outside our bedroom is noisy, but we already knew that; in any case the soundproofing is good when the window is closed .

Very nice hotel. Parking is onsite, and also they provide the parking place near the beach and that is super comfortable, sunbeds and umbrella on the local beach are also provided by hotel. So, I think for that price the service is great. Rooms it seems were renovated recently, the city center is 15 minutes by foot, so in general we had a pleasant staying.

Based on booking.com description I thought access to the beach would be easy, but far from it. We ended up taking the car, which also was not a straight affair. Also, one of the rooms, without vista del mare, was rather small, and with a tiny shower. Other than that, hotel was fine but because of location would not go back.

Adequate size room, comfy bed, walking distance to beaches down 175 steps. Free beach chairs and umbrella at far side of beach. Walking distance to town and good restaurants..Eden.

Entry into hotel is a VERY tight r turn requiring some 3 point turns or if you miss it you either need to stop traffic and try to back up or go around for 7 km

Great hotel, I would highly recommend it. Very friendly staff, well equipped comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. Good choices for the breakfast. Calm location. Brilliant

A delicious and varied free breakfast buffet beyond the pastry-and-coffee fare one often receives as a free breakfast in Italy. Staff were very helpful in solving my dilemma of getting to the train station when no cabs were available - one of the staff members drove me himself. Located on Peschici's steep side-hill, halfway between the old town and the beach. Comes with the free use of one of the beach clubs (though I prefer the open sand of the free beach areas).

Cellular reception was almost non-existent at the hotel, and the wi-fi was fairly weak. A bit more noise from passing cars and from nighttime music at the beach clubs than I expected.

The hotel has its own beach side with 2 beds and parasol with a free parking. That was really nice for us.

The fact they didn’t change the towels every day. I think after to go to the beach and getting shower it becomes dirty to use use the same for many days.
