We were as a group of people, so in the morning and during the evening we´ve have met at the down yeard and spent time together. This was cool and I do recommend to think about location your rooms in advance and ask owner/manager of the property to give the rooms next to each other if possible. Overall area is very nice, quite place full of green, even though you need to be prepared for walking as there is no shuttle. However, you have close big Lidl store so everything you´d need from groceries / drugs it´s very close. We have not tried pools as is was still early spring but looks spacious.

There is not much to write, everything was already written in previous comments. You need to be ready to pay for heating (in case of cold outside) and aircondition (if hot). Also parking on inner parking lots is paid even you are guest. If you know and accept this prior your stay, then this would be a nice place for your vacation.

Well kept apartments; clean and lovely balcony with shade and furniture and great views. Beautiful swimming pools, really well kept too.

The location was difficult if you do not have a car - we are fit and active so could manage the steep 1km walk in and out of town but my parents needed a taxi each day (there are no buses or shuttle from the hotel).

Absolutely fantastic choice both for those looking for a chill and leisure in cozy atmosphere and those lookig for a perfect base to ride the amazing MTB trails nearby! Additinally, the owner of the hotel is a true angel taking an extraordinary care of any o your requests.

Staff was very nice (but the previous communication via booking app seemed to be unprofessional). Two pools.

The accomodation was quite far from the beach, we did not find it very suitable for a family with a baby. Late check in was not possible, you have to strictly arrive between 4 pm and 7 pm which was a trouble for us as our flight was rescheduled - I contacted the accomodation that we will arrive about 9-10 pm and we were advised to book a night in a different hotel..... (which was not very pleasant especially when travelling with a baby). Rooms are very small. Although we knew all these condtions in advance, for these reasons we would never retourn.

The hosts greeted us and explained everything. There is a cozy, adults-only pool, and the apartment was tidy. Parking is in a gated courtyard.

Upon arrival, we learned about additional conditions. Air conditioning use is charged extra, there is only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, towels are not changed, and the room is not cleaned. They ask 150 € in cash as deposit. Since we only used the air conditioning at night, in the end, they didn’t charge us for it and also gave us one more toilet paper, although I had to listen to the rules again. Thank you for that, but it felt more like cost-saving than saving the environment. The pool meant for everyone was dirty, and the rooms smelled like grand grandmother’s house. When leaving, the apartment is inspected, and the electricity meter is recorded — it leaves a very unwelcoming feeling. I love Italy and have vacationed here hundreds of times, but this was the first time I experienced such a reception.
