Excellent hosts, always helpful, smiling, immediately explaining what is where nearby, recommending places where to go, etc and there was also very nice program throughout the week, including a BBQ and some dance performance and karaoke singing, magic performance for kids. There is a very nice swimming pool and playground for kids. It is a very nice place for a family holiday all in all.

Air conditioner in our room wasn’t working and it was too noisy to sleep with having windows opened. Staff provided us with two portable air conditioners, so we have managed it.

I have never met so helpful staff in my many travels: They didn't only answer our requests, they were proactively suggesting different ways they might help. Apartment was spacious and clean, location quiet and pool area very nice.

Kitchen did lack some tools, for example I found nothing to flip my crepes on the frying pan. Also having some salt, sugar and pepper would have been nice.

Mario and his team were of great sympathy, Such a nice welcoming team. The apartments were cosy and great for families. The facilities have all the basics for some cooking. The outside BBQ place is a nice extra. We went for the MTB experience and it was fabulous. Highly recommended.

The local city should build some walking bridges to the other side of the creek so people don't need to drive to the other side. Luckily the creek didn't have much water and we were fit enough to just jump the walls and cross it by walking.

As a professional curtesy I rated this property 10/10 with hope of management reading this and improving... In reality it would have been a 7/10, mostly due to poor cleanliness, which really was not up to (any) standard at all. The other drawback comes from a loud party of group of families-guests who clearly had no thought or idea that other people and guests were there too, trying to sleep at midnight... We would have expected the management to intervene and cool the loud guests a bit, so all customers would be able to enjoy their time off and have a good night sleep. As there were families with young children who wanted to get some night rest too, this was really not pleasant.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, with very good WiFi and effective air conditioning. The pool was a good size and the bar staff gave great service. The added bonus was great restaurant suggestions, and on site mtb guiding and shuttles (at an extra cost). Town is walkable, but the free shuttle is a bonus when it is hot. Mario and Milania are wonderful hosts.

The kitchen was missing a chopping board, but they are hard to keep clean, so if you want to cook - take your own!

Very kind lady Melania from the reception 🙂 It was very nice to stay here, very bike friendly accomodation. But be prepare that you here everything from the other appartements and the stairs…

Apartmwnt was very bare. We needed to ask for wash up liquid, a towel to dry dishes, a cloth to clean table, toilet paper. Would have expected those things to be there.
