The staff was super helpful and friendly. The Restaurant was AMAZING. I loved the restaurant, it was better than the restaurants we ate in Loano. The pool was bigger than I expected. The bus to / from the beach was of great value. Overall we had a great time! The kitchen had all we needed. We could cook for five without any problem. Simple meals, its a small kitchen, but very very helpful. Loano was also nice. The kids enjoyed a lot the beach, and walking around the small town.

Only two things I did not like: None of the doors in the apartment closed properly, including the bathroom, and the kitchen stoves did not turn on properly. But those were small details. The kitchen was great, as well as the bathroom. Maybe if we had call room service they would had fixed it.

Food in the hotel (breakfast and dinner) was amazing! Swimming pools were clean, spacious and very well maintained. Also, even though the hotel is a bit further from the beach, there is a free shuttle bus for the guests every 30 minutes. Overall, the resort looks very nice and the price-quality ratio was good.

The room could be better maintained and equipped. Hairdryer and the light on the balcony didn't work. There was not enough shower gel for our stay and the cleaning staff didn't supply us with more during the room cleaning so we had to look for and ask them.

We pretty much enjoyed our stay in Loano 2 Village. Our apartment was nice, quiet and clean and the size was OK. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was working well. There are multiple pools, some are good for the children to play and an other one for swimming. The shuttle bus to Loano beach is a very nice feature. There are multiple restaurant choices, if you want to eat something in Loano 2 Village. The staff is really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any question. Every evening there was some entertainment. The food was most of the times tasty. There is a small grocery shop if you need to buy something quickly.

The shower in the room is very small. The last shuttle bus from the beach comes back at 18:50 already, so you are kind of forced to have dinner in Loano 2 Village. There was no cleaning in the room during our 7 days stay. There is limited availability at the buffet restaurant to have dinner, if we didn't book in time, we couldn't eat there. The price for the room is good, but the prices for the meals are a bit high.

The swimming pools are really nice, with indoor and outdoor pools and pools for small children and adults. I liked the food and service in the a la carte restaurant, which has a really nice panoramic view of the area. Loano itself isn't a very special town but you can get to the caves of Toirano within 10 minutes and Finale Ligure and other places aren't that far either.

The large parking area is chaotic and dirty. The kitchen facilities in the apartment were quite old and WiFi wasn't working most of the time. The beds however were fine.

The location and the room were very nice. The pools were perfect and the food at the restaurant was very tasty

The photographers were very nice and took nice pictures of us, but the photos were too expensive. I believe they loose a lot, because I would have paid 50 euro, but not for 10 digital photos....

Very nice park for stay with kids. Great swimming area and very good restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to the town was good.

The interior of the room was quite old and a bit cramped. A dishwasher would have been nice.

The kitchen unit with a gas stovetop in our studio apartment was tricky to use. No kettle, has to boil tea water in a pot, which was very inconvenient.

Staff were very helpful, and happy, and the facilities overall were great.

The tennis court was being resurfaced and this was not made clear at the time we booked, but they did however refund the cost of local tennis court so on balance it all worked out.

great location with regular transfer to the beach! great swimming pools, football/tennis courts on the territory. great family hotel.
