Breakfast was great with all the option from sweet to savory. Room had a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment so you could prepare anything you wanted in there. Pool was awesome and the gym was good too. Small football (4vs4) pitch, beach volley court and padel court. Overall what a great place to spend your holidays with plenty to do also in the hotel area.

Gym has everything what you need to perform a good exercise, but maybe it is time update the gym overall appearance.

Our room was pleasantly quite big, on the 6th floor with a large balcony and a beautiful view of Loano and the sea. Bathroom was big too with a very spacious shower and a bidet. Room looked refurbished. Best of all, there was a garage to park our motorcycle against a fee of €10/night. Also it seems we got an upgrade on the room we booked (no one said anything to us though). Location was alright for us as we were only passing through for a night.

At check-in, there was a newbie and we were used as a training session, which meant we had to wait there after having been traveling on our bike for over 5 hours. Unprofessional. The reception area was akin to a 2 star hotel. plastic raffia single chairs, nowhere with a bit of comfort to sit and wait. The furniture in the room were likewise tasteless. No coffee making facilities nor even a single bottle of water. To cap it all, the restaurant closed at 9pm and we weren’t told this at reception so we had to ride out 2km to town to eat (the food was excellent though) Overall, definitely not a 4-star experience.

I was traveling alone with my 7 years old autistic son. He was amazed with the territory and a lots of elevators. All the buildings are well air conditioned, two room apartment was silent, we had a very good sleep. Also no one complained about the noises my son made. The stuff and animators were exceptionally attentive and supportive. Shallow swimming pool worked very well for us. Magic show was interesting, either the evening dance for kids

The light in the apartment corridor was automatic and very annoying, I had to turn up the motion sensor to switch it off. Cannot tell anything bad or good about breakfast/dinner, because we didn't use this option.

The apartment is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. We saw the sea, the pool and the mountains from the bed and from the terrace as well. The swimmingpool is super with the view of the sorrounding mountains. You need swimming cap in the pool! The staff is very friendly, helpful. There are sport facilities, soccer field, tennis, volleyball. There are programs and music around the pool all day long, for the kids as well with animator. The city is a good starting point for visiting Cote d'azur, Monaco, Genova.

There can be a little bit more kitchen tools, especially glasses, mugs. The beach is quite far, about 1,2km, the route is hilly, not so comfy on foot with beach stuffs.(there is free shuttle bus!) The hotel has no private beach, there is an agreement with other hotels, but you have to pay for the sunbeds in that case as well.

Excellent resort. Never experienced anything like it in Italy. Everything is perfect. Can't fault it. The 2 bedroom apartment was amazing. It's super clean and so accessible. My dad has difficulty walking, and it was very easy for him to move about. The staff at reception are so nice and helpful. We couldn't try the restaurant, but it looked amazing. The bar service is awesome, too. 10/10 I will be back . Feels so luxury.

Very good breakfast.

No shuttle bus down to town until June we arrived late May. Bar hours restrictions not open till 5pm. Problem as we wanted a cold drink when at pool and weather boiling hot .

The resort is nice, the appartment is big enough, well equipped and has a nice view.

No room service at all, if you choose the appartment: no extra toilet paper, not cahanging the towels, no garbage bags or taking the garbage.

We liked the the whole property

We had a room on ground floor so it was noisy - we could hear people coming and leaving the building. The spa area where were saunas was dark. Breakfast was average - simple things, nothing exceptional, personally was missing fresh fruits

An amazing hotel. I've book appartments with kitchen so I didn't use the brekfast and dinner. The swimming pool is big, the restorant and terittory beautiful. The room was clear and really comfortable.

It would be perfect to have salt, kitchen towel and fairy in the appartment.

Apartment are great, swimming pool Great too. Food good.

They didn’t accept dogs for dinner and would not be flexible and set a table outside. Breakfast and lunch on the other hand no problem.
