After upgrading our room (see below) we were very happy with our stay! We had a beautiful balcony facing the pool and the sea. The room was more spacious and a great size for our family. Cleaning was absolutely perfect! We loved the calmness of the pool area. It was actually more of a garden, with lovely trees and plants that offered natural shade. Pool was nice size. The included breakfast was really good and offererd many choices. We also used the gym, which was surprisingly well-equipped and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a parking, even though it was 20 euros per day. The closeness to both the beach and the town was perfect for us.

Due to problems with AC in our first room, we upgraded to the family suite. On Booking, we could not choose between rooms. If it had been possible, we would have chosen to pay extra for a balcony with sea view. Our first room was in the ”second building”, in which everything was less fancy. Our room had a balcony facing another building, with just a glimpse of sea view. The room was small for 3ppl, and was equipped for 2. I do not think the price was right for that room, it was too expensive. Also, having travelled Europe by car, we know that pretty much every hotel offers free waterbottles on the room, as a welcome. Many offer a water kettle. This hotel had neither. They charged extra for electricity, and sunbeds at the beach (3ppl) was 45euros per day (!).

Great location, excellent pool and garden area, helpful staff, easy to find, close to the old town. Nice gym, friendly bar staff, decent breakfast.

Parking was very expensive and should be included in the room rate. I would prefer to pay 50€ more per day and have parking and a place on the beach included.

the best that they have in the hotel is the small sweeming pool inside the lovely garden , It is never overcrouded calme and very relaxing

The hotel is nice it could do with a bit of renovation but it was clean! The pool area was very nice and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The bar staff and waiter were really friendly!

Some of the reception staff came across unapproachable. When I asked if there was somewhere nearby to have lunch I wasn’t really given much help, just told to try to centre. I do appreciate it was quite late in the afternoon when I arrived. The gentleman on reception who I paid my bill with the night before I left was the friendliest of them all.

Always very clean, good air conditioning, staff polite, prompt and friendly, relaxed atmosphere, great pool and fairly secluded from main road, easy access to the beach, literally across the road. Beach facility great, lots of showers and great bar and restaurant.

Can’t find an issue, for what we needed and expected it was great

Excellent breakfast, large room, everything was very clean and the staff were helpful.

They have been experiencing problems with their WiFi which would only connect with our mobile phones and not our laptop computers.

Breakfast was good and plenty of fresh fruit. Pool is nice and access to beach very easy. Bikes and electric bikes available.

They turn the air-conditioning off around 4am to about 6am to save electricity.

For this stay we had a room front on the beach and pool. That was the best room over all the stays we enjoyed at the hotel in the past

Nothing maybe except the fact that we were unable to have a drink after 7PM as the staff was busy with preparing the tables for the dinner
