The location is great. Lovely restaurant, good food and service. It is a comfortable little hotel with stunning views. The staff was very attentive.

The breakfast was very poor in terms of options. I understand a continental breakfast is basic but I was expecting something more, like fruit? The room cleaning was bad. We had a dead cockroach for 3 days in the bathroom. I don't mind insects if I am in the middle of the mountain/ forest but please do clean it! The bed was done very bad, no attention to detail at all. This was a big disappointment, as the hotel and facilities were really nice

The location was great in daylight but to go out in the evenings is tricky without a car due to the location. I also didn't like that it was extra cost to use the sauna, that should be highlighted in the description. It was the reason for choosing this hotel.

- eco theme: a lot of wood in the design, felt very pleasant and natural - cool facilities: a sauna and a bath inside the room, pure luxury, all very clean and tidy - good breakfast and restaurant menu, very welcoming - convenient location for daily travel and a spacious parking - but most importantly - the balcony view, it is awesome in any weather and time of the day

- the AC was located over the sauna and was a bit tricky to reach by a remote control, but it is the only minor issue which could be found there

Comfortable room with a balcony. View of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A room in a modern, alpine style. Spacious bathroom. The bathtub with lighting and the finnish sauna in the room are great for relaxation and a romantic getaway. Very friendly staff. The dinner was excellent and beautifully served. I suggest making a reservation because without a reservation it may not be possible to get a table. Buffet breakfast, nicely prepared. A large selection of sweets (American pancakes, pies, cakes croissants, jams, muesli.) I was a liitle bit worry about some comments, but the accommodation exceeded my expectations.

At breakfast, I would prefer more local food. If you are not a fan of sweets the breakfast is quite poor; two type of salami, one cheese (from grocery store) and only boiled eggs. Only classic white bread.

In a beautiful, serene location with awe dropping views of mountains, a lake and a city to the right of you. The room was big, clean and fully loaded with a bath and a sauna! Wish I stayed for longer to be able to utilise everything as it was a pit stop for a night to return back to Venice after travelling around the Dolomites. The staff were lovely and prepared breakfast at half 7 for us as we had to leave earlier. Breakfast is usually from 8 - thank you! The pancakes were probably the best I’ve ever tasted - very light and fluffy 😍. Within a 2 minute drive we found a halal kebab shop which we were grateful for! There were loads more restaurants around the area too. Finally, watching the sunset rise above the mountains whilst eating breakfast was the best way to end my trip! Definitely would return to this property!🤩

Just that we felt rushed to check in on time compared to other properties in Italy we were in. But it was ok, I guess staff wanted to go home on time 🙂.

A great place to stay if you are planning to trek in the Eastern Dolomites. We stayed for 3 nights and traveled every day. The hot tub and sauna in the room were a great addition at the end of the day after long mountain hikes. The staff is friendly and kind. The kitchen offers limited offerings, but they cook deliciously. There is a great view from the rooms and the terrace.

They have sustainability policies which is great. However, not being able to charge your phone/portable battery or laptop while out of the room is a bit of an inconvenience.

Take full advantage of the sauna and spa in your room, and indulge in the outstanding amenities provided. Your bed is so comfortable, you'll never want to leave! The breakfast is amazing, and the dinner menu is absolutely delicious. With so many beautiful hikes in the area, and local buses at your service, you'll be spoilt for choice. And to top it all off, the staff are absolutely excellent, making your stay an unforgettable experience!

Wounderfull vievs, very clean and beutifull place. Sauna and tub in every room is really something extraordinary and amazing

It would be nice if there was a folding lounger of any kind on the balcony to lie down and relax after sauna. I know there is no much room however it is enough to have one person folded comfortable semi-lying chair. That would rise sauna experience one higher level with these breathtaking views.

Many many messages sent but check in instructions were not very clear. There is no one on site after hours and it took a while to find the instructions buried in a screenshot. No cell service around the area so we almost had to sleep in our car. They ask for you to check in early online but I wasn’t sure if it was spam or not. The heat was on in the summer and the room felt like a sauna. Made it very difficult to sleep. Beautiful place but rough night.

The room was very beautiful and clean and the view was wonderful.

The restaurant, the quality, the quantity and the prices were not as we were expected. Moreover the address of the hotel was not exactly in the maps and when we called to the hotel for some help they didn’t give us exact directions, even if we were very close at least, and after that we were lost in the area and in some streets with a lot of ice.
