It is obviously old building from outside, but it is renovated with new furniture and veeeeryy comfortable bed inside . Apartment is very spacious for a family. Very good bathroom. Bonus is welcome drink in Boite hotel - we enjoyed it on the terace. Apartment is excelent if you go to different trips to Tre Cime or Lago di Braise . Also only 15 min from Cortina. Jut few minutes away you have good restaurants so everything is near. And apartment is bit away from center and I liked it because it is perfect for perfect sleep! :)

Bathroom is nice: toiletries are there, it is big enough. Bed is on a hard side, but it was comfortable. It is a nice apartment for two or three people.

In the kitchen there could be a knife, cutting board, cleaning appliances, bowls (for cereals or soups ...), bigger glasses and cups. There is no salt and pepper and other spices, cooking oils, so if you plan to cook, you should bring those with you or buy them. Walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbours if they are loud.

Mija and the other hosts were excellent, they were able to provide us with information about the area and recommend activities and hikes. Mija went out of his way to ensure we had transport sorted while in bled. The property also had free bikes available to use making getting around the town super simple. The kitchen facilities and little terrace were excellent!

No clothes washing facilities on site, however they had contacts for a local laundrette which was easy to access.

The staff at Reception at the Boite Hotel where we checked in next door were extremely friendly. The apartment was perfect for 4 friends. Everything was clean. It was only a 24-minute drive away from Cortina. There is free parking.

Just a couple minor things. They didn't provide a sponge or dish washing soap so that we could wash our dishes, even though we asked. So we used shampoo. 😅 Also, the garbage can is kept outside the room which is a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable and clean apartment located about 25 minutes from Cortina. Affordable option close to Cortina. Kitchen isn’t very well equipped, which many reviews indicate, so we brought dish soap and a sponge to use. Also we brought our own salt and pepper and everything needed for the kitchen so we could make full use of it. If you do the same, you will find the apartment sufficient and adequate.

Excellent location, good accommodation and good cleanliness. Good facilities altogether.

Poor acoustics (we were woken up a few times in the night by voices/wc flushing noises. Address was not clear from the booking and the procedure to pick up the keys (from a different hotel, luckily not too far) completely absent from the confirmation email/booking page. Accommodation generally good but the kitchenette lacked several basics (no corkscrew, very few cutlery and glasses, no cooks knife, no breakfast bowls, no sponge/scourer...

Easy to find. Kitchenette was great for sandwiches and if you're on a budget. Great location for starting point for hikes

The drain in the shower wasn't great and could have been a bit cleaner so thst the water drained faster but overall great experience

Beautyful location! Well equiped for this price, absolutely clean, very nice and helpful staff, welcome drink, goodbye gift. Kitchen equipment, and machines were abszolutely ok. We would come back again. It was really all right!

The walls are thin, we heared the neihhbours and probably our noisy kids disturbed the neihhbours.. The water tube system is probably old, thats why it is very noisy when one neighbour flush toilette. Radio didn`t work. It is an old building, but it was clean and absolutely ok.

Location in the historic Eni Village is amazing, among huge pines and firs, Super calm and silent, even though rooms, walls and the building itself is old, and you can hear other people from time to time, the silence of the woods is purely amazing. Original furnitures from the 50s, decent kitchenette, comfy beds, tiny balcony.

Mosquito nets would be useful. And Corte Spa could give a bit more reduction than 10% if someone is staying at the hotel and has already paid a meaningful sum for it.

An apartment appropriate for a couple or a small family. About 15 min drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo which is the main city on the east side of the dolomites Fully equipped kitchen, shared washing machine, table tennis and other shared facilities, Spa and dining options for extra charge.

The check in and out as at the hotel up the road, and that's where the 24 hour desk is as well Wasn't really an issue for us but might be considered a bit inconvenient
