Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic, close to ski resort yet peaceful enough for total relaxation. The hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any information or recommendations (book restaurants etc). Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a variety of delicious options. Every morning, we woke up with a smile, thanks to the wonderful atmosphere and top-notch service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality.

We really liked the location, it is a bit noisy, but what would you expect next to the main road. :) The food was really great. The stuff was friendly. The parking was easy and simple for us. Breakfasts were nice.

The mattress of the third bed was not great in the room. Could have been for a kid, but it was 3 grownups, but we managed. The restaurant was quite busy and they struggled a bit with the amount of requests, probably due to the short opening hours, but all in all it was not a negative, but an ok experience.

Location is nice right on the lake, beds were comfortable, great value for money. Close to great hiking in the dolomites. Good wifi speed.

Room was up three flights of stairs, there is no air conditioning, parking is not on site you have to walk across the road to a community parking lot. Listing says no restaurant but there is a pizzeria in the base so we felt bad showing up with our own food. Shower is very small.

There is nothing more to say about location just come and look yourself. Hotel is located in between mountains by the emerald green lake 1000m above sea level. There is a hiking path just outside hotel leading to a nice waterfall and if you are up for it you can hike up to the mountain reaching 2300m, pictures and views are just amazing and totaly worth couple of hours hiking up the hill. Good location if you want to use gondolas to travel around Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park. Staff is amazing, simple and friendly people doing their job but always glad to help. Hotel bar is an addition I cannot imagine that hotel without it. Very comfy to sit and drink a cool beer after a hike or if you ask bartender for some homemade grappa I promise you, he will lead you into a new world of tastes in which you better not forget brakes.

Nothing much to add just something minimal like maybe they forgot to turn on a little fridge in a room and I had to do it myself. Water gets hot a bit too slow in a shower so you need to have patience.

The host gave us plenty of tips to make our trip by the Dolomites better and a room with a view for the lake just stunning. The breakfast is delicious and the hole decoration makes us feel cozy and relaxed :)

There was a problem with my booking, but the professional staff dealt with it quickly and resolved it. This is not a negative, it's more to praise the staff for the way they dealt with it. Bellisimo!i

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and I asked the staff if they could put some flowers and a card in the room. My wife was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

The shower area was much smaller than what I was expecting. I wish that our room's windows had screens on them so I could have had them open without any insects getting in.

Location is excellent and staff showed us high quality of hospitality.

In our opinion - poor breakfast. It was lack of vegetables. And it is also a good idea to add sausages to the breakfast menu.

The location was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The balcony room had a memorable view.

Staff was friendly, very helpful and English-speaking. Room was small but had storage space and a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast even included eggs and bacon!! The outdoor patio was delightful.

Our room was on the main road - so noisy until late at night.
