The apartment is located in the charming fairytale village of Sottoguda. It has an excellent location, just 5 minute drive to the gondola which leads to Marmolada, around 10 minutes drive to gondola- Civetta, and 20 to 50 minutes from other ski resort access points. Our hosts, Margherita and Carlo, gave us a warm welcome and provided excellent advice on excursions, ski slopes, and the best restaurants in the area. Upon request, they also arranged for fresh bread and croissants in the morning—a lovely touch that made an already fantastic experience even better. The apartment is beautifully furnished, radiating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room with a balcony offers a stunning view of the mountains, and a river flows nearby. We highly recommend it to all nature lovers looking for a peaceful retreat. Without a doubt, we will be happy to return. ♡

The property is easy to find, located close to Malga Ciapela, a good starting point for many ski circuits. The bus station is just across the street and you can also go to explore Civetta. The hosts are both really nice; they offered us a lot of great tips regarding the area and they even have great breakfast options.

The internet connection worked great during the day, but in the night it gets overloaded with all the people using it. Maybe adding an extra router would help.

Great apartment in the heart of Dolomites, very good quality with beautiful decorations and impeccable cleaning service! Next to ski bus for both directions (Marmolada, Civetta). Sottoguda is beautiful small village where you find everything you need for your stay, even well equipped grocery store. The owner of the apts in the building is very nice and helpful and provides a lot of information. Happy to come back next winter!

We really liked the cleanliness of the place—everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The accommodation had everything we could possibly need, including all the necessary kitchen utensils, which made our stay very comfortable. This is a gem of a hotel! The host Margherita is absolutely lovely, one of the friendliest people I ever met! She provided us great recommendations for activities nearby as a local of the area. Since we came when not many tourists were there, she also upgraded our room to the suite free of charge. The room was very clean and spacious, including a dining table and kitchenette, and very big bathroom. I thought the hotel feels new based on how clean and well kept the furnishings are! We were able to make ourselves several meals since the kitchen had everything necessary. Although no breakfast included but you can order homemade breads and they will deliver directly to your room every morning. It was perfect for us since we needed something quick in the morning before going hiking/climbing. The location is also very nice, a quaint serene town, which we prefer to the larger more commercial towns. Private parking lot outside as well.

The apartment was beautiful, newly renovated, very comfortable beds. We loved the kitchen facilities, namely the coffee machine, there was also a microwave oven. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was cleaned every day, like a hotel room. The ski storage room was also a big plus. No problems with parking. For an extra fee, you could get a delivery of fresh bread and croissants in the morning.

The location is superb; it is a nice, quiet mountain village. We loved the wooden interior and small wooden ornaments in the halls. The apartment was lovely with everything that you need.

The couch could be more comfortable. It was not indicated that the recycling bins are on the balcony, we discovered that on the morning of our check-out and went to distribute our common trash into the containers.

Margherita and her husband are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. The facilities are new and well maintained. Furniture is of good quality and kitchen has a wide range of high quality utensils. Location is perfect for going to Marmolada - longest ski slope in the Dolomiti area and Civetta - great for long blue slopes. I can definitely recommend the Sol E Nef and would stay again.

Very good location for Marmolada and other ski resorts in the area. There are a couple of restaurants and a market at walking distance and easy to drive to nearby towns. The studio was well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The owners, Margherita and Carlo very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
